I am feeling very depressed and cry all the time and it is because one person is hurting me too much. Someone that I love so much. What should I do? I am feeling lifeless these days.

I don? t know your age to see if that has any bearing on your situation. However, you seem to know why you are depressed. So the answer is that you do not have to continue that relationship, if it is so hurtful. Your love is totally misplaced: how can you love someone who just hurts you? if this continues, both of you will develop a pattern for the rest of your lives to live in a manner where one is the abuser and other is the abused. Do you really want to live like this? introspect on this seriously and make a decision that is good for both of you. If he changes through some form of therapy, then there is some hope and scope. You also need to examine yourself to see whether you do some things to attract the abuse, or are you attracted to abuse, or have gotten used to it as well. I suggest you meet with a relationship counselor and clear all these issues before making a decision, either which way. Love is a two-way process and there is give and take of good stuff, always. The relationship must bring the best out of you.

You can add high calories and protein diet in to your daily diet for healthy weight gain. Eat 2 bananas a day, add some protein diet like pulses to increase muscular mass. If you are non-vegetarian, you can take eggs daily in your breakfast.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout. You are still 26years, in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. All the bes.

I have been facing wired challenge since a week. Wherever I consume alcohol even a bit my heart beats goes drastically high an lands up for uneasiness. I fell a bit better when I vomit after sometime. Last Thursday I had 2 pegs of rum faced the issue and later the next day I had beer with same issue. Later on last Sunday I had a peg of vodka which gave the same effect. I thought it might be cause of the cold medicine which I was taking those days so kept a complete pause to liquor. Had a pint of pint of beer last night and it again took to the same scenario. Kindly advise.

Weight gain is a scientific process & depends on many factors. Even supplements and medicines don't work in isolation. You need to eat balanced diet and right food at right time to gain weight. Taking only three meals is not enough. Eat something after short intervals. Include high calorie food items in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts, cheese, sweetened beverages, yoghurt to gan weight. Moreover I would suggest you to discuss your lifestyle in detail so to ensure you in positive energy balance and to get more satisfactory results.

Along with the medicine, you need to take lifestyle and dietary measures, to correct pcod. Start doing regular exercise, take adequate nutritious diet including fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy products. Quit coffee, fried food and excess fat.

5 Ways To Stop Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation or early ejaculation is the expelling of semen with minimum sexual stimulation, almost immediately after (or sometimes before) sexual penetration. This is a common sexual problem for men below the age of 45 in addition to erectile dysfunction. Premature ejaculation can be a result of several physical and psychological factors.
 
If the root cause is not serious, the problem can be solved by a few simple techniques, such as: 

  1. Breathing exercises: Relaxation techniques like breathing exercises and meditative practices can help you to concentrate. It also moderates the tension and stress levels which are directly related to arousal. Avoid short and rapid breaths as they can put undue pressure on the heart and increase the pulse rate. This often results in early ejaculation. On the other hand, if you take deep breaths and practice holding them in for three to five seconds, you can also use the technique during arousal.
  2. Kegel exercises: Kegel exercises can help both men and women with their sexual problems. In men, these help to strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle by repeated contraction and relaxation. The pubococcygeus muscle helps to control urination too. If you use the same technique when you are close to an orgasm, you can delay your ejaculation. 
  3. Squeeze technique: This technique is used to reduce excessive and rapid rate of arousal. When you are close to orgasm, you can squeeze the base of the penis to curb the erection somewhat so that it can build up again. This will automatically delay ejaculation. It is a good idea to practice this technique on your own first and then try it with your partner.
  4. Stop and start exercise: This exercise was perfected by the Masters and Johnson team of sexual research. This technique is also to be practiced individually for the first few times. You can masturbate alone and stop just before reaching the climax. You can practice this again and again by bringing yourself closer to ejaculation every time until the point you cannot control or regulate the process any more. This will help you to know the limit till which you can stop and regulate the ejaculation process. You can then use this technique during sexual activity with your partner. 
  5. Reduce stress: The stress hormones in your body prevent the secretion of testosterone which is responsible for your sex drive. Alcohol, tobacco or nicotine and other illegal drugs used to combat stress can also have an adverse effect on your sexual arousal and cause premature ejaculation.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Yes you can take chicken or fish twice a week but better to take boiled, sauted, steamed, smoked instead of fried one.

Hye, thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite. You do not need to go to the gym to stay fit. You can do any exercise, sport etc for staying fit.

More than coitus, it is related with your life style, exercises and sleeping mattresses. Do not do any work or exercise in which you need to lift heavy weights especially from front and end forwards. Do not sleep in sagging soft thick mattresses. Do extension exercises by bending backwards. Do not allow yourself to gain weight.
