After burning and itching in anal region due to massage and shaving in rusted blade from past 1 month, now I feel light pain in left side anal flesh. From 3 years I have gerd and used to go to toilet 4-5 times in morning maybe IBS, 10 days back I took Himalaya bael for some days, I go to toilet only once but feel like my rectum is still full for whole day, endoscopy was done in 2013 and gerd was told, should I go for colonoscopy for anal pain.

You seem to be having gerd plus fissure / piles. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy or proctoscopy should be done to make a proper diagnosis.

Dear Lybrate user, sounds like this is a case of anal fissure, you have to take fibre rich diet, do sitz bath two times a day and also apply nifecaine gel in the perianal area. Syp cremaffin 10 ml at bed time will help you to soften your stools.

Night fall shighrapatan dhat ke liye bard ke pad ke doodh ki 4- 5 bund batase ke sath morning me khane se koi problem...
This is happening due to insufficiency of hormones and improper functions of serotonin. The good news is that this is easily treatable with our herbal tablets. These tablets improve blood supply to penis and nourish muscles and blood vessels of penis thereby making erection long and hard. At the same time, these tablets improve functions of serotonin thereby delaying ejaculation significantly. Regards

1. Use sour cream. The lactic acid found in sour milk can help treat and remove freckles naturally without causing irritation or dryness on the skin. Do this at least once daily until the freckles go away. 2. Apply fresh papaya juice directly on the freckles using a cotton ball and gently massage the area. After 10 minutes, rinse the skin with cold water. Do this once daily for at least for a few weeks or until you are satisfied with the results.

Hi, In order to overcome gastritis you need to include banana, raw cooked banana, stewed apple, curd, buttermilk, white rice, oats, clear veg soups, soya milk, fully cooked vegetables. Avoid milk, legumes and beans, citrus fruits (lemon/oranges) grapes, butter, cheese, oily/fatty foods, strong flavoured foods consisting of masala/chilli, pickles, raw vegetables, red meat and other meat products, caffeinated beverages like coffee and tea, carbonated beverages and alcohol as they might aggravate the condition of gastritis. If you are tolerating non-vegetarian food include fish (trout/sardine/tuna/salmon in stewed/baked), lean meat, skin out chicken in small quantities. Stay hydrated all the time. To avoid dizziness and weakness take almonds (skin peeled), walnut, dry dates (nut paste mixed with water as intact nut may create gastric irritation, paneer, fully cooked and mashed sprouts.

There are several things you can do to prevent an episode of acidity like: Avoid alcohol. Normally alcohol in moderation is well tolerated but for people prone to acidity even a small amount of alcohol can cause discomfort. Avoid smoking .The nicotine in the tobacco affects the opening and closing of the food pipe allowing back flow of the normal stomach acid into the food pipe. Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly. Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food. If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too. Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Try meditation and yoga to minimise daily stress.

I am suffering from acidity. Can you please suggestion to which medicine take for the acidity.

BHMS
Homeopath, Hyderabad
I am suffering from acidity. Can you please suggestion to which medicine take for the acidity.
Acidity can be due to prolonged intake of medication like anti-inflammatory drugs etc. The way you eat and what you eat are some of the important factors spicy, oily and fried foods cause the problem of acidity. People who skip their meals or do not eat at proper time are also prone to acidity. Above all stress is the major cause. So avoid above things. Eat at proper time, reduce spicy pickled food, stop prolong medication, smoking, alcohol etc. Above all due to stress mainly digestive track effects so to reduce stress meditation and breathing exercise will help. Antacids like panataprazole, omiprazole, rantadine can give the temporary relief the best way to reduce stress is with homeopathy. You can use carboveg 30 and lycopodium 200 evening can also give very good relief. But for complete cure you need constitutional homeopathy treatment.

Mr. Lybrate-user, hyperacidity and regurgitation problems are likely to be with you. You have to observe certain precautions like: do not keep stomach empty for a long time. Eat small but frequent meals,(every 2 to 3 hours), but total quantity should not exceed your planned daily intake. Plus please keep your blood sugar levels in check - fasting around 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7. All these things together will help in controlling excess acidity. Avoid spicy foods, sweets and deep fried fods, pastries and junk foods. Reduce the intake of tea or coffee. If you take alcohol that should be stopped and avoid smoking. After meal (lunch or dinner) sit erect for at least 1 hour or more. Exercise regularly for at least 1 hour a day, that helps reduce acidity.
