Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 3. Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5. Hi I am suffering from more hair fall so how can I prevent hair fall and promote hair regrowth.

Hi I am suffering from more hair fall so how can I prevent hair fall and promote hair regrowth.
To have a healthy and long hair does not depend only on the outside appearance of your hair but also on how healthy you are inside. Strong and healthy growth of your hair depends on a balanced diet. The nutrients that are consumed by the body fortify the hair follicles. For boosting hair growth, to prevent hair loss, to prevent dandruff, to have a healthy scalp, certain vitamins like Vitamin B, C, A, D and minerals like selenium, zinc, folic acid, iron and protein are required. You also require a good amount of Omega 3 fatty acids, which keep your hair scalp hydrated. Consuming foods having any or all of these nutrients are one of the solutions to long, healthy thick hair. You can take Wholegrains, like barley, oats, buckwheat, broken wheat, ragi, bajra ,Brown rice,Legumes like kidney beans, soy beans, dark green leafy vegetables ,eggs, carrots, tomatoes, sweet potato, fruits, yogurt, walnuts and almonds.Along with the dietary changes , you may massage your scalp with almond oil at night and rinse it next morning.

What is the best diet for diabetic patient as the patient have fasting sugar 122 and pp 200. Please share if there is...
Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. Both fasting and PP levels need to be brought down. To do that first an appropriate medicine has to be started, then one has to plan a diet based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood glucose levels. Hence, unless all details are made available, it is difficult to give any suggestions. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidance, no prescriptions are allowed. Hence, it will be better if you come in a private conversation (paid consultation), then I will be able to give specific guidance and prescription also. Please inform weight, height, diet pattern, extent of daily exercise, HbA1c%, lipid profile & BP readings. Thanks.

The thyroid readings are normal, there is no need for any medication. Her thyroid function is normal. About blood sugar after food sugar level is normal, but fasting is high, (fasting glucose intolerance), which is also labeled as prediabetes. No medicine required. But there is a need to exercise regularly for about an hour a day, take a diet that gives exact calories based on ideal body weight (51 kgs). Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid too much of sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, sweetened aerated drinks and high fat milk products. That should help in keeping diabetes away for a few years.

I am 26 yrs old male, unmarried with acne and dark marks problem since 2008. During this long period I tried many home remedies, blood purifiers and acne treatment. The major treatment was isotroin pills for almost 1.5yrs along with benzoyl peroxide cream to apply on face in night. It worked that time but after discontinuing therapy all problem reborn. Then for 2yrs I preferred home remedies only as I faced some side effect due to long term use previous medicines. After that I decided to start homeopathic treatment and I am on it now since last 1yr. It has shown good effect but therapy is for very long term and I don't know that for how long I have to take medicines. My question is, is there any permanent good therapy to stop pimples and its marks. As it is long time now, for how many years acne will continue?

Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Usually hormonal changes trigger increased sebum production.
