1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.

Be happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, lead a healthy lifestyle! If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter.

I m having too much hair fall. How should I stop it and ensure hair regrowth?

Hair fall at 18 must be looked into as soon as poss. Areas to look at will be: diet, stress, exercise and vitamin/mineral levels. Your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. You obviously need to build up your metabolism. Pls request for remedies.

Hi, welcome to lybrate, see basic cause of hair fall & hair damage is due to infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hairs follicles & its root causes hair fall, thinning of hairs, for control on hair fall you have to control on infections, it takes time to remove infections due to less blood supply in skin.

Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. ? Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. ? Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass. Sun tan can be removed by using besan as a cleanser before bath.

Hello Dr. I have got pimple & acne problem from past 10 years. I get numerous pimples & my skin gets dull whenever I masturbate. The pimples are big & hurts a lot stay ls for days leaving behind black marks. I think I have problematic hormones. Also my skin immunity has gone zero gets dark even if I go out in sun for 15 min. I have got black spots all over my face & my skin feels like it is burnt. Have consulted many doctors but of no use. Its never ending & keeps on coming. Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you when ever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

You become black due to sun burn. Apply spf+30 sunscreen lotion 30 minuties before going to play. Take khadiraristha syrup 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water take after lunch end dinner.

Please note the following for your condition: Coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. Dear, take 15 to 20 leaves of neem and make its paste with water. Apply this paste on where the fungal infection occurs twice in a week. Apply this paste for 15 minutes then rinse off. After removing this paste apply coconut oil on that area. You do not mention the area of fungal infection. So keep the area moisture free and make it dry.

Animal proteins provide you with an easily absorbed form of iron called heme iron. According to the Office of Dietary Supplements, liver, beef, turkey, chicken and pork supply you with heme iron. Women under the age of 50 need at least 18 milligrams of iron daily, while all other adults need at least 8 milligrams of iron per day. Eating more of these iron-rich proteins may help boost your iron levels. Vegetables and Beans If you prefer not to eat meat, some vegetarian proteins contain a form of iron, called non-heme iron. Absorption of non-heme iron is enhanced when it's consumed with vitamin C or a source of heme iron, according to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention. Including more soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, lima beans, navy beans, black beans and pinto beans in your diet helps you get more non-heme iron. Eating leafy greens, such as spinach and kale, boosts your iron intake as well. Seafood Vitamin D is found naturally in very few foods. Including more iron-fortified breakfast cereals, oatmeal and bread helps you meet your need for iron, while orange juice, milk, yogurt, cheese and some breakfast cereals contain added vitamin D. Check the food label to see if vitamin D or iron were added. Vitamin B-12, or Cobalamin, is the largest and most complex vitamin currently known to man. A slight deficiency of vitamin B-12 can lead to anemia, fatigue, mania, and depression, while a long term deficiency can cause permanent damage to the brain and central nervous system. Vitamin B12 can only be manufactured by bacteria and can only be found naturally in animal products, however, synthetic forms are widely available and added to many foods like cereals. Vitamin B12 can be consumed in large doses because excess is excreted by the body or stored in the liver for use when supplies are scarce. Stores of B12 can last for up to a year.
