Hi, there are many causes for hair-fall like any history of acute illness (typhoid, jaundice, malaria, dengue etc) poor scalp hygiene, nutritional deficiency etc. You can start taking protein rich diet like paneer, milk, sprouts etc. Dates and 2 dry figs daily. De-stressing activity for 10-15 mins daily. Regular oiling and washing 3 /wk for further treatment consult trichologist.

Proper weight depends on height,Height depends on heredity,physical activity and weight depends on heredity,food habit,health problems.So according to your height your proper weight is75 kg.So eat extra.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water throughout the day about 3 lit/day.Do exercise like muscle building,weight lifting to gain weight.These are very common but for professional details consult me privately.

What to do at home when any old person's blood pressure is high, how to control at home very fast?
To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Normal level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of vitamin d you have to take vitamin d supplement 60000iu/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.

Your daily Calorie needs are 1800 calories. If you want to lose 2 kgs a month you have to reduce calories intake to 1300 calories. Monitor your cal intake through 'Myfitnesspal' app. Also at the gym, don't spend too much time on weights and other exercises. If you have one hour at gym, spend 40 mins on Treadmill (speed 6-9) and 10 mins on Strength/weights and 10 mins on Abs/core. Finally its about Calories intake reduction that is going to make a difference.
