I m 19 yes old. What is the minimum length of penis in inches. On this age. Because I think my penis is small.
Please note -- for adults, the average penis size is about 14-16cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13cm (4.7-5.1 inches). A penis would only be considered unusually small if it was less than 3 inches (7.6cm) long when erect.

Hi sir, I had my period on last 9-july-2016 and me my bf doing unprotected sex on 22-july-16 many time in a day. He always release his sperm outside of my vagina. If you have taken unwanted 72 within 2 days of intercourse the chance of getting pregnant is very less. Not everyone gets withdrawal bleeding, I suggest you wait until 10 aug for your period. If you do not get it then get home pregnancy test. A single sperm is enough to get pregnant, this practice of ejaculating outside is not safe if you planning not to get pregnant. I suggest you use condoms as it protects you not only from pregnancy but also from other sexually transmitted diseases. Take care.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The word used for the disease that one gets due to increase in blood glucose (sugar) is Diabetes Mellitus. This happens mainly due to: Deficiency of hormone Insulin (produced by Beta cells in pancreas), or due to resistance to Insulin's action (Insulin Resistance, IR) because of excess body fat, plus inactivity (no physical exercise). Excess food intake, eating too much of sweets, junk foods, pastries, bakery items and foods made of maida and deep fried foods. Lack of insulin increases blood glucose level beyond normal causing diabetes. There are many drugs available to control it. Some are taken orally (called as oral hypoglycemic agents), and Insulin injections (various types of Insulins are there). Apart from drugs it is important to control dietary intake and also exercise regularly so that the weight is maintained with in normal limits. This condition can only be controlled with medication, diet and exercise. There is NO CURE. Thanks. I don't understand what you mean by our body is sour. I hope this explanation answers your query. Thanks.

Best Diet For A Healthy Gut

Contrary to popular belief, not all bacteria are harmful to us. Within our body, each 'human' cell is complemented by 10 microbial cells. These range from bacteria in the gut to viruses and fungi in other parts of the body. Gut bacteria help us to digest food, produce vitamins, communicate with the immune system and create small molecules that help the brain to function.

Thus, it is essential to have a healthy gut, by which we mean a gut with plenty of friendly bacteria. There are many different types of bacteria living in the gut. Each of these thrive on different foods. Thus to have a healthy gut, your diet should include a variety of cereals, fruits, and vegetables, etc. Here are a few tips to keep your gut bacteria healthy.

  1. Increase your fiber intake: A diet that is rich in fiber is the best way to promote the growth of diverse microbes in the gut. This includes fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, cereals and nuts. Fiber also helps prevent constipation and has been linked to lowering the risk of cancer. To prevent the buildup of gas and bloating it is advisable to increase intake of fiber and drink plenty of water with all your meals.
  2. Include probiotic foods in your diet: Probiotics need not only be taken in the form of supplements. This can easily be incorporated into your daily diet. These can be defined as live bacteria and yeasts that help the digestive system. Yogurt is one of the most common sources of probiotics. Kimchi or fermented vegetables, miso, cheese, buttermilk, fermented condiments and lentil sprouts are other examples of probiotic foods you should include in your diet.
  3. Try having some carminatives in your meals: Carminative foods soothe the digestive system of the body. Some common carminatives are cumin, ginger, oatmeal, cardamom, cinnamon and fennel. While cumin helps with the digestion of black beans, cooked oatmeal lines the stomach and soothes it.
  4. Eat weight loss friendly food: Being overweight not only affects how you look, but also affects the digestion process. When you lose weight one of the first things you would notice is a lowered amount of abdominal discomfort as your gut begins to feel healthier.

This is because weight loss lowers the pressure on the lower esophageal sphincter. This does not allow the valve to open more than necessary and hence prevents food and stomach acid flowing back into the esophagus. Along with increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables, switch your cooking oil to olive oil and notice the difference.

What is the regular food as medicine for diabetics percent and also for blood pressure percent?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
What is the regular food as medicine for diabetics percent and also for blood pressure percent?
Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally.
