I have been eating properly and working out 5 days a week but I can't gain weight.
Weight gain is muscle gain. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Reducing food intake will not control obesity. Actually you need to take a balanced, diet at regulated timings, no starving, and also involve in a good outdoor activity for 1 hour daily. Besides this you need to take care that you get the right combination and ratio of different foods in the diet to lose weight.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Whenever you have throat problem, take homoeo medicine belladonna 200 (6 to 8 pills) --2 times (one hour interval) in the morning and arsenicum iode 200---2 times (one hour interval) in the evening for 4 days. Drink plenty of water as this will eliminate toxins.

Take belladonna 30 - for headache when required. For stomachache take -- asafetida, also known as hing, has antispasmodic and antiflatulent properties that help treat stomach aches caused by gas or indigestion. Simply add a pinch of asafetida to a glass of warm water, mix it well and drink it two or three times a day. You can also add a pinch of rock salt. This remedy is equally effective for both a stomach ache and gas. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of asafetida to a cup of warm water. Soak a cotton cloth in the solution and place it on your stomach for 10 to 15 minutes. This will soothe the stomach and reduce pain. Do this several times a day.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. I am a 23-year-old student, my routine is very busy like 7: 30 am to 2: 30 pm after that 4 pm to 11 pm self-study, at 11: 30 go to bed and wake up at 5 am. In between 5 to 6 40 min yoga and some light exercise. I use to simple food not which comes in tiffen box service. SO MY PROBLEM IS Sometimes I feel head walking and my Palm feels hot like suffering from fever but thermometer shows normal. My blood report is also normal. AND herein to this My chest always feels tighter like some kind of smoke or something is a field with of and when I sit in air conditioner (from 7: 30 to 2 pm in coaching classes) this problem increases. Due to I am not able to concentrate on my studies.

It could be due to hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 6. Avoid stress 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 8.Consult me for further advice

take tab. fluka 150 mg once a week for 4 weeks. use ketomac anti dandruff shampoo . use coconut hair oil. take cap. vit. E 200mg once a day for 30 days. it maintain growth of hair.

Sir, I have left site testicle pain from the age of 12. Now I'm 27. Doctor advised to wear a suspensory bandage whenever pain will begin. The veins surrounding the left testicle and scrotum become swelling. When I do masturbation , the pain is grew up. Now few lumps are found around the testicle. Doctor said this is called Orchitis. orchitis is curable condition. proper medicines will cure it. swelling of veins is varicocoele. it is controlled temporarily by suspensory bandage. permanent cure is by surgery.
