I am 50 now and go for my daily morning walk. I do roughly 4-5 Kms of brisk walking on the road. Offlate I have observed that I get pain in my calf muscles and ankle. The shoe quality I have is good and meant for walking. What could be the reason/remedy? Pl suggest.
I am 39 year male guy facing following problems from last three months. 1] Both knee's paining while sitting and standing. 2] Difficulty in full breathing of full. I hv worked in power plant environment from over a year to last month. 3] joint pains in arms, toes, knees and back pain. 4] seeing black coloured spots while standing 5] now feeling lack of full strength inside the body. I met with an accident in Oct.2000 . The right radial nerve was damaged.And I was prescribed Mazetol 100. After some time Eliwel-10 was added. I had developed lisping and forgetfulness. About 4 years back I consulted another doctor who prescribed Pregaba plus and Euresta 300 SR. Now I have to grope for words and the name of persons or things. I also miss out on dates of important events. The nerve also appears to be shrinking steadily. The pains increase multifold when the sky is overcast. What shall I do to get relief?
