You can take duolin nebulisation three times a day ,with inhalers. But please make sure you don't have tachycardia or else decrease the dose.

Sir, I am 68 year old copd patient, I am was chain smoker, spirometry test result is (fvc =56) & (fev 1= 45), I am now taking medicine such as brofil sr, daw lm, calgrow forte (whole medicine taking at night, loftair inhaler (at morning), nebulization twice a day. I am getting treatment from Dr. R.k. Chopra (from pune, rubby hall), but because of lock down he didn't visit yet in ahmednagar, now I am feeling breathless during up stairs and light work also, so please guide mi whether medicines are right or do some other.

I have tuberculosis. I was taking akurit 4 till now. After three months I got a checkup and the doctor now told me to take r cinex 300. The problem is I took akurit at 10 am and have my breakfast at 9 am. The doctor told me I can either take my medicine an hour earlier or two hour after breakfast, which is hard for me. He also told me I can just take the medicines at 11 am if I have breakfast at 9. But I have heard tuberculosis medicine's time cannot be changed? Is that true? If so, do I have to change my breakfast schedule so that I can take my meds at 10 am? Or can I take my medicine an hour after breakfast and would it be alright? Kindly help.

Please help me. I had necrotic abdominal tb. And the treatment ended in november. I didn't test for it bcz doctor told me it'll go away in 9 months nd we stopped the treatment. Now since 1 week i'm feeling the same kinda abdominal pain. I'm very scared. And I got appointment for the test after 8 days bcz there are no nearby clinics open in my area. What can I do at home for 8 days to prevent it from spreading? Bcz last time it got necrotic the pain started suddenly nd within 24 hours it got very very serious even though the tb treatment was on. So I don't want it to get that serious again. Bcz this time treatment is not on right now. Please tell me what can I do at home? It's also paining in the upper back like last time and abdomen too. Pointing pain.

Dear sir I intake telma am, gp1,and att dots 3.6 month few days anxiety attack, breathing problems sometimes ,my weight is 129 kg I test crona rapid and igm is negative, cbc,lft, kft,lipid is done ,hb is 12.6 ,and triglycerides is 199. I check spo2 us 95% please increase spo2 level and breathing problem.
