Take high fibre diet. Have only healthy food and avoid all types of junk food and cold drinks as they can lead to constipation. Have fruits and vegetables (which are easily available in the season) as they have natural fibre along with lots of nutrients. Take lots of water and fluids (at least 8-10 glasses of water). Lat but not the least start exercising because it will cause god digestion and stimulate the intestinal motility. Good health - fitness / stamina with a great deal of relaxation is added bonus of exercising everyday. In case it persists then try Homeopathy for a short term course.

I m suffering with chronic anal fissure. Is here any permanent treatment beyond surgery?

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
Self-help measures include: Increasing your daily intake of fibre by eating plenty of high-fibre foods, such as fruit, vegetables and wholegrain foods. Avoiding dehydration by drinking plenty of water. Trying to get more exercise – for example, by going for a daily walk or run. Working out a place and time of day when you can comfortably spend time on the toilet. Not delaying going to the toilet when you feel the urge. If you use wet wipes, avoid products that contain fragrance or alcohol, as this could lead to discomfort or itching. If you use toilet paper, use a soft brand and avoid wiping too hard. Soaking your bottom in a warm bath several times a day (particularly after a bowel movement), to relax the muscles in your anus.

I am suffering with acidity, stomach burning
The problem growing after lunch and it continues for 5 to 6 hours.
The problem arises after you take your food, hence its likely to be related to your stomach lining, pancreas or gall bladder. Endodcopy and sonography helps in such cases.

I was suffering mouth ulcer from last 2 yr. Every 2month it come. I take good diet n 3-4 liter water but again and again it's happening.

MBBS, cc USG
General Physician, Gurgaon
Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water 2.You can also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located 3.To prevent infection, rinse your mouth 4.Honey helps retain moisture and prevent dehydration. It also helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth Dab a little honey onto the mouth ulcer or mix in a little turmeric to make a paste that can be applied on the affected area. 5. Tulsi: Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster 6.Dry coconut, coconut oil and coconut water are three products of the coconut tree that are very useful in treating mouth ulcers. Drinking tender coconut water helps to cool the body. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain 7. you could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Consult Physician for further management as you are having these problem for long

Problem of acidity is a tendency in which your stomach starts to produce more acid than required for the digestions of your food. In such a case when there is irregularity in the timings of the meal or there is intake of spicy and oily food items then there is production of even more acid. In such a situation only by the help of medicines it is difficult to achieve relief. A balance should also be made between type of diet, Regular timings of diet and good healthy lifestyle with emphasis on proper sleep. For diet - Fruits are especially recommended because they have an excellent role in prevention of acidity.
