Long standing is your problem so stretching exercise must in daily routine at this time you should to go for physiotherapy for back relaxation treatment. Avoid long standing tk break between work.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Avoid direct bending firstly bend your knee then you ok do stretching exercise in daily routine and quadriceps exercise. For pain do tens therapy for 5 datys.

Avoid bad habits i.e. Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. go for morning walk daily.. pain in your back overweight..pl. change lifstyle. you can take tab. atorvas -10 at night once for 30 days.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Acetaminophen 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for . knee & legs (Take help of a physiotherapist). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (Contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days, contact me again.

I'm a medical student. Since the last two-three weeks or so I have a mild back ache in my lower back especially on flexion of the back. It all started as a minor ache on waking up one morning but relieved on its own in the initial few days but then since last two three weeks or so it does not go away even after a diclofenac spray over the area. Hi physical inactivity is one of greatest reason for bony pain this days. Remaining pathological changes like severe decrease in back bone spaces c/a intervertebral spaces, compression of nerve, fractures, tb, osteomylitis, physiological like kyposis or scoliosis like disease of back bones may gives you pain. Even wrong sleeping posture or more spongy bed can gives you pain. Muscular spasm over back can pains alot. I had explain in lyman language hope you understood please better you go for x ray. Do exercises. Apply ayurvedic oils like narayan tail do massage daily.

This is inadequate information rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Kindly do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Great to know you are such a enthusiatic & good athlete. If you have shooting pain from your back going to your legs it could be spine related issue leading to nerve compression. You may need specific medications and interventions for it. In addition to good physical therapy in form of spine strengthening exercises. Consult a pain specialist or spine surgeon. Its better to go for treatment at early stage especially since your an athlete.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
