I have a desk job. A month before I had a sudden pain in my lower back near tail bone. I got it checked and it was examined as a mechanical pain. The pain has returned and its worst. Help me in identifying the real problem.

Due to long time sitting the backbone as well as the tail bone get compress and the nerves which originates and supplies will irritate and you suffer from pain. Do daily walking atleast 30 - 40 mins. Morning suryanamaskar compulsory. Medicine -apply mahanarayani taila for massage. Take tablet arzee gold twice a day for 15 days. Do katibasti to nearest panchakarma centre.

Its normal in ur age dear not to worry... Do body massage once in a week with seasme oil or coconut oil..and do fasting a week.

Seek prompt medical attention if nausea and vomiting are accompanied by other warning signs, such as: chest pain severe abdominal pain or cramping blurred vision fainting confusion cold, clammy, pale skin high fever and stiff neck fecal material or fecal (foul) odor in the vomit I am a doctor and registered dietitian who will prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help in nausea. Recently my father met with an accident his leg has fractured. Can I know best diet for bone healing?

The fracture should be set right & immobilised.(Either by plaster or by surgery). A normal balanced diet is good enough for fracture healing.

It may be osteoarthritis. You should do regular exercise for strengthening of muscles around knee joint. Apply ice pack for 7 min twice daily may give some relief. You can wear knee cap for support knee joint. Avoid squatting and cross leg sitting. Exercise:- 1. Ankle push ups (10 time) 2. Put a cushion under knee and press knee on cushion for 10 sec.(10 time) 3. Raise one leg up in air and hold for 10 sec (10 Time, do same with another leg.

Hi pain or soreness in the foot, that eases with time during the day, is generally indicative of plantar fasciitis. The first step you take generally after sitting or standing for a long time or when you get up from the bed is painful. As you start walking the pain clears up. Plantar fascia is a ligament that connects your heel bone to your toes. Other causes of foot pain can be rheumatoid arthritis, faulty arch, ligament tears, fractures, and gout. +wear soft padded footwear. +do stretching of calf muscles +learn strengthening exercise of ankle +take contrast bath at physio clinic. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

I am 30 years old. I am feeling very pain in foots. And big white colour sports in my eyes?

For big white colour sports in eyes consult a eye doctor kindly show me digital x rays of foot. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Hello doctors. I had all body pain since 1year. I wasn't sure about what had happened to me but now I had pain in my hands and legs including a stiff neck and shoulder pain. I also had lower back pain. I check for vitamin d3 and its very low. Regarding the lower back, I did a x-ray and saw that my tail bone is not in its uniform; it has moved inside from its actual position. What should I do? should I wait until vitamin d3 level rises? can it be healed by accupressure? please help.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.
