Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. 1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

I am 24 years old but still m thin. Although I have gd diet but I don't gain weight. I don't masburate much, only once or twice in every 15 days. I wana gain weight without any protein, wat I will have to do. My frnd suggest beer n chicken regularly for 2 months doest it will benefit. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

12 effective tips for sex power increase

Decreased sexual interest haunts everybody at one or the other point of time. So, it is very important to use techniques to keep your sexual life, pleasurable and enjoyable. Here are 12 tips for sex power increase. Hope they are useful to you.

1. Don’t have it everyday. maintain a gap of one or two days. Sex, as a part and parcel of daily routine may make you feel bored and eventually might lead to decreased sexual interest. Many times sex in a day ,very rarely is fine.

2. Always have an element of surprise in your moves, or your general behaviour, or the gifts that you choose. Surprise makes the moment exciting.

3. Different sex postures – You may start feeling bored by same postures. So, different intercourse postures will not only helps to have improved sexual health, but also helps you to keep fit by burning a few more calories. Sex postures that do not allow complete insertion make the act fun and exciting.

4. Try out some SAFE sex fantasies. Sexual fantasies are the imaginary scenes that you plan and enact with your spouse.

5. Do not undress all of a sudden. Slow and steady… always wins the race.

6. Wear a condom, it delays the pinnacle giving more time to enjoy. In some men, rolling back the foreskin of the penis helps delay excitation.  The tip of the penis (the end bulged part)  in men is the point of excitation. making delay in its excitation helps delay ejaculation and gives ample time for foreplay.

7. Exercise – Sex and exercise are connected to each other.

8. Black gram – Black gram has been hailed as one of the effective diet for sex power increase. so, eating Dosa, or other food dishes made of black gram for 2-3 times a week will help in good sex health.

9. Get rid of diseases – Maximum sexual bliss can be had only if you keep yourself healthy and hygienic. So, get proper treatment for your diseases and do not allow them to grow to chronicity. Diabetes and hypertension may be causes for decreased libido, which has to be given proper treatment.

10. Take care of your partner. Love is such an important element to ensure mutual enjoyment. Please know the feeling of the partner. Ladies usually will be in a slightly different mood nearing to their periods. Working women will be usually encountering higher stress levels. So, please take care.

11. Ayurveda explains that food with sweet, salt and sour taste enhance sexual power and bitter, hot, too much spicy food articles lead to decreased sexual interest. asparagus, Ashwagandha, grapes, dates, meat, egg, chocolates, buffalo milk, buffalo curds, Aloe vera juice are a few food items for sex power increase.

12. Sexual herbal supplements – You might need herbal supplements if you have following conditions.

– If you have diabetes or hypertension, due to which you are suffering from decreased libido / erection difficulties.

– If you are suffering from / recovering from a chronic disease,  which is leading to decreased libido for a prolonged period of time

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

You need to reduce your carbohydrate and fat content n your daily diet. Restrict sweets, rice, bananas and other high calorie foods. Take high protein diet and fruits & vegetables /salads on a daily basis.

You should have to care for perineal hygeine. Use some intimate wash for perineal hygeine, avoid using synthetic garments and take plenty of water orally. In case it still persists please feel free to have a gynaecoligist visit.

In Nov 2015 I have undergone angioplasty with 2 stents and prescribed with medicines such as storvas, nitrocontin, plavix, cardace, etc. And advised to go for another angio for one more block. Except at the time of overstrain, otherwise works normal everyday. Recently gone for checkup and except treadmill all other tests like ECG, Echo, Blood etc. Are normal. Is it necessary to for going for another angio or is there any additional medicine that can reduce the block. Pls advise. Tks.

It's important for overall health to choose a brush that gets your mouth clean and keeps it healthy. Toothbrush is the principal and most important instrument to clean teeth.

You know that market is flooded with so many types of toothbrush in various colors, type, shape and size. Some toothbrush brands promise fresh breath, deep cleaning and even teeth whitening, those makes people more confused, and make shopping of toothbrush challenge.

There are, however, some toothbrush basics that you need to know. Here are some tips about selecting proper toothbrush.

Size of Toothbrush
The best toothbrush head allow you easy access to all surfaces of your teeth. For most adults, toothbrushes head a half-inch wide and one-inch tall will be the easiest to use and the most effective. There are also larger toothbrush heads available, but they are difficult to use to clean certain areas, such as the sides and backs of your molars. The toothbrush should have a long enough handle so you can comfortably hold it in your hand. The best toothbrush is one that fits your mouth and allows you to reach all teeth surfaces easily.

Bristle variety of Toothbrush
This is the most important point in selecting toothbrush. There are so many varieties of bristle type ranging from hard, medium, soft and ultra soft. Some people use the hardest bristles as they believe that it can achieve a better clean, but these can be having a negative impact on their teeth and gums. It has been shown that the harder bristles can cause premature gum recession and wear facets (Abrasion, Toothbrush trauma) on the teeth. For these reasons we recommend using the soft bristles as they achieve the good result with minimum trauma to the teeth and gums. A soft-bristled brush is best for removing plaque and debris from teeth. The soft-bristled toothbrush will be the most comfortable and safest choice. They are easier on your gums. When you brush, you want to clean your teeth, not make your gums bleed. A toothbrush with hard bristles is more likely to cause bleeding gums. Depending on how vigorously you brush your teeth and the strength of your teeth, medium and hard bristled brushes could actually damage the gums, root surface, and protective tooth enamel. For even more tooth protection when you brush, be sure the bristles on the toothbrush you select have rounded tips. The thin bristles tips are able to enter and sweep food particles from along the gum line and between narrower gaps between the teeth. The ultra soft bristled toothbrush mainly used after gum surgery specially recommended by dentists.
Remember: The Softest the better.

Don't forget: After daily use, your toothbrush can lose its effectiveness; its bristles become hard and even become a breeding ground for germs, fungus and bacteria. For that reason toothbrush should be replaced 3 monthly. If you recently had a cold or infection, you may have transferred germs to your toothbrush so be sure to use a new toothbrush.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

I was having a tooth that became partly broken and also loose. Tonight at dinner part of the tooth has come out part is remaining with the gum. But there was no bleeding. My platelet count is low. What to do now. Should I get the remaining part of the tooth extracted or leave it as it is. I am scared for extraction since bleeding may not stop. What is the minimum platelet level when the tooth can be extracted.

HI Lybrate USER. A) apply mixture of honey and fresh juice of BASIL LEAVES on face, two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… C) take 30 ml juice of BASIL LEAVES and LEMON along with 10 ml of HONEY and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day. B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.
