These are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night . Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily . Hi I am 31 years and my tummy is increasing day by day. I had tried every thing to reduce it like leaved the rice eating habit, walk where ever possible, use to drink aloevera and awla but still did not get any result out of it, what could I do to get out of such situation. What else I could do doctor please suggest. I early wants to reduce my weight. But one condition is that I do not wants ti go for exercise bcoz it does not help.

Your notion is really wrong. Sometimes all it takes to lose weight is only exercise. You need to move and sweat to lose those extra kilos. If nothing is working stop everything and turn to exercise. Join a gym play some sport, get active. There is no excuse.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

It is not true that you should not drink milk but can eat curd for pimples.as you are worried and have tried many commercial products which do more harm than good, try these home remedies. Dilute one part apple cider vinegar with three to four parts water (use four if you have sensitive skin), and then apply all over your face using a cotton ball or pad Like apple cider vinegar, lemon juice contains citric acid. It also boasts L-ascorbic acid, a natural astringent and antioxidant. LEMON is good remedy- Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed. You can also mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water.

Yes you have to improve your capacity of your digestive system. Simply take one glass of plain butter milk add pinch of powdered black pepper and add 3 pinch of crushed zinger mix well and drink after lunch...for few days.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help you::: 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab triphala guggul with luke warm water twice a day 30 min after meals. Revert back after 15 days...

It could be because of unhealthy lifestyle. Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Why You Should Exercise For Better Sex

Exercising regularly has many benefits for the body and many times these benefits can be life changing. It has been proved that doing exercise sets the foundations for a happy sex life as well. While exercising the brain releases endorphins the sex hormone. These hormones not only spice up the sex but also help in digestion, lower the heart rate, blood pressure and cortisol and ease the body.

Here is how exercising routinely can improve the relationship in bed and make a huge difference: 

  1. Blood Circulation: Blood flow and the exciting sensation is very important prior to and during sex. When a person exercises regularly then there is an increase in the blood circulation and thus the blood is pumped to all parts of the body. In women who exercise, the circulation increases the fluids of the vagina which in turn helps in a quicker lubrication when in the act.
  2. Release of Endorphins: Having a clear mindset while having sex is very important. This is more important for women as they tend to over-ride things, thus working best when they have a clear mind and are able to concentrate only on the sexual act. When orgasm is achieved then endorphins are released which is basically a mood elevating chemical. It makes a person feel good and gives relaxed feeling of the mind and body along with euphoria. Endorphins are usually released during exercise, sports and sex. Along with the endorphins putting stress at bay and lifting the mood it also give a clear mind for the sexual activity.
  3. Longer and Stronger Orgasms: On average orgasm in men and women lasts for 10 and 20 seconds, respectively. With exercise one can easily extent this time, pleasure and strength of the orgasm. On contraction of the pelvic floor muscles an orgasm is achieved. When these muscles are kept strong then a longer orgasm is achieved. Sacrum is the area which supports the pelvis and spine; when it is exercised with glutes then it helps in strengthening the muscles. Also, kegels, squats, and pelvic thrusts are some of the exercises which can be done.
  4. Increases Self-confidence: A sexiest trait is that someone can show is that they feel good and confident about the way they look. Studies prove that people who exercise regularly and have good fitness levels display good confidence in their sexual acts and desirability.
  5. Exercises the Brain: It is said that a great sex usually starts in the mind and the brain is a mighty sex organ. Thus it is of utmost importance that the brain must be fed with nurturing information, so that it becomes stronger. Research backs that by simply changing the way we think can change the brain to react to situations.

Take crocin 500mg if fever. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. Treatment depends on other associated complaints too. Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. As the periods come on proper time but the amount of menstrual flow is very low and do not last for 2-3 days. It means that your hormones that control the the periods (menstruation) have normal cycle but the amount of hormones are less than normal that's why the flow is scanty. *for normal & adequate menstrual flow get up early in the morning and take a fast walk for atleast 15 -20 minutes. If you can run, then run atleast for 3-5 minutes. * practice bhujangasana (cobra postion) & pawanmuktasana everyday only under the guidance of yoga expert. * check out your thyroid profile & in case of abnormal reports get the proper treatment of it. * monitor your weight & if you are overweight then do more physical activities & change lifestyle to reduce the weight so that the peroids get normal. * eat more green leafy vegetables & avoid fast foods having high refined starch & fat. * you can take dashmoolarisht for your scanty periods only under the supervision of ayurvedic doctor. It can make your hormones level normal and make your periods regular.

Nite bruxism can be of two types. Day and night also called diurnal n nocturnal. It can be a result of several things one of them being stress. Cold etc. Yes there are treatments. Dentists usually make customised mouth guards for the patient t to wear so that it prevents dental damage. And try n reach the source of the problem to counsel them out of it. The habit has to broken to prevent temperomandibular joint dysfunctions mpds that is pain in jaw opening joint n jaw. Teeth wear. Tooth decay. Loss of vertical height due to that. Etc. It would be highly recommended you take him to a good oral pathologist or a pedodontist or a multi speciality dental clinic so that they may help you deal with the problem well good luck.

Lybrate-user. Its very impirtant to know whether aclohok leading to your depression or depression to alcohol. To get rid of alcohol you need a detoxification and de addiction treatment. For depression you need antidepressants. You also need a counseling sessions for depression and alcohol both!
