Get the pregnancy confirmed first as just not having periods does not confirm pregnancy. If she is pregnant you can do it after 3 months not before that.

Hi . Get a skin prick test at an allergy clinic. This will identify all the possible allergens that you are allergic to. Once that is identified you can undergo specific desensitisation or slit immunology therapy by an allergy specialist. Presently this is the only promising cure for allergy.

Is there any natural way to make my sperm more healthy and have the make more sperms in semen?

Is there any natural way to make my sperm more healthy and have the make more sperms in semen?
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Don't get confused. Sperm quantity and thickness changes according to physical condition and sexual intercourse / masturbation timing and related mental and physical conditions. Therefore, don't think too much about the thickness or quantity of sperm. If you want to know the quality of sperm, get your sperm checked for that. For Healthy Sperm, Eat More Vitamins.(Deficiencies in vitamin A have been linked to sluggish sperm and lowered fertility) Minerals.(Inadequate levels of zinc can cause lowered sperm counts), Fatty acids, Folic acid, Lycopen, and Drink a lot of Water. Take care.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hyperhidrosis/Excessive sweating and homoeopathy -

Excessive sweating is referred to as hyperhidrosis. It is a condition where the body excretes sweat in certain areas and in higher quantities than expected. It can affect a patient in many ways, including altering his or her social relationships, personal confidence and emotional levels.
Hyperhidrosis can either be generalized or localized to specific parts of the body. Hands, feet, armpits, and the groin area are among the most active regions of perspiration

There are two types of hyperhidrosis:
- focal or localized hyperhidrosis, where only certain parts of the body are affected, such as the armpits, hands, feet or face, and
- generalized hyperhidrosis, where the entire body is affected.

The good news is that hyperhidrosis is a very treatable disease.
Many more that suffer from sweating problems have found their cure for hyperhidrosis in the form of a natural homeopathic treatments that have helped many break free from profuse sweating or hyperhidrosis.
Homeopathic way of treatment is different from allopathy. Hyperhidrosis is nothing but an expression of the disturbance in the inner hormonal balance and this is expressed in the form of the profuse discharge. Hence, it is required to be treated at the inner level rather than treating it by local application of cream and antibiotics.
Homeopathy treats the person as a whole. The homeopathic medicines are selected after a full individualizing examination and case analysis, which includes the medical history of the patient, physical and mental constitution and so on.
Homeopathy provides natural constitutional remedies for treating this condition from the roots and not just working on the symptom but repairs the derangement which is causing this. It offers excellent treatment which is effective, harmless, and without any side effects. It is recommended in the most obstinate cases.
Today homeopathic remedies are the best non surgical solution for hyperhidrosis or profuse sweating or perspiration.

Tips to Combat Depression

Tips to Combat Depression

For human beings, the body is considered the temple, one that they strive to keep fit and in shape. In fact, the plethora of ailments, which people complain of suffering from, almost always deal with their physical health. In this over engagement to restore the physical health, the well being of the mental health is never considered. However truth remains that the health of the mind is equally if not more important and must be given its share of priority. With the growing age and times, depression has emerged as a gnawing problem, one that is plaguing individuals indiscriminately and one that must be eradicated as soon as possible.

Some of the ways to combat this fatal ailment are:

  1. Exercises: Everyday a bit of exercise not only keeps the body fit and healthy, but also goes a long way in easing and calming the mind. You need not indulge in strenuous exercises, but must make it a conscientious habit to work out a bit daily.
  2. Talk to people: Though depression makes one inexorably quiet and silent, the first thing that is prescribed as a remedial measure is talk to people. Engaging in conversations with people, telling them what exactly is troubling you are proven ways to combat depression.
  3. Meditate: There is no better way to treat mental ailment than meditating.  When you suffer from depression, your body undergoes severe conflict. Meditating not only calms the mind, but also soothes away the worries.
  4. Develop a support system: Depression is almost always followed by an unfathomable sense of loneliness. Talking to others does help, but at the same time try to develop a support system. Find an individual, be it parents, relatives or friends and confide in him or her. Not sharing what you are going through is never a solution and only exacerbates the fatality of the situation.
  5. Change the daily routine: Monotony is never exciting and it is only time, before the humdrum of life gets to you. Changing the daily routine and incorporating something new and exciting go a long way in recuperating you from the mental dullness and fatigue.

Dear sir, some times while sleeping I have some breathing problem and I suddenly wakeup to take breath. I have cholesterol since 2008 and no medicine is using. Lab Results: CHO-226, TRGLR-214, HDLCHO-36, LDLCHO-147, VLDLCHO-43, TCHDCHO-6.3, LDHDR-4.1 Please advise

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, cholesterol is naturally produced inside the body but when we take mutton, chicken, yellow part of a boiled egg, ghee, butter etc we intake cholesterol from external source. This extra cholesterol from external sources increase the total cholesterol content of human body. You should always keep your cholesterol level within normal limits as high cholesterol serves as a precursor to various cardiac diseases. Avoid the aforesaid food. Walk at least 1 hour in a day without any interval. To get rid of breathlessness at night you can take homoeopathic mother tincture grindelia robusta q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. If you prefer ayurvedic medicines then you can take ayurvedic arjunarishta syrup. Take 20 ml of the aforesaid syrup thrice daily after meals.

I am 21 years old. I am overweight. I want to reduce my weight.

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
I am 21 years old. I am overweight. I want to reduce my weight.
Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.

Do you really have s SMALL PENIS or you're just imagining it?

Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S)

Do you really have s SMALL PENIS or you're just imagining it?
Do you really have a SMALL PENIS or you’re just imagining it?

Is your penis less than 2.8 inches? Know that a guy who thinks his penis is small may get much larger after erection, even larger than a guy who seems to have a huge machine...

Many people think they have smaller than average penises.

But, do they really have small penises or it is an imagination thing that is affecting them – making them to worry over nothing?

Let’s ask science….

According to an article my Men’s Health quoting a recent research that measured the penis of 15,000 men, the average flaccid (not-erect) penis was 3.6 inches and 3.7 inches around the base or mid-shaft.

For the erect penis, they found the average size at 5.2 inches in length and 4.6 at the base.

Experts add that, before you can say you have a small penis, a condition which is called micropenis medically, your penis has to less than 2.8 inches (7 cm)

Interestingly, many of the men who think they have small machines actually fall above the average, before and/or after erection.

Again, it must be stated that there are two kinds of penises— the ‘Grower’ and the ‘Shower’.

Grower – the grower penis get much larger when it is erect. This means a penis of 5 inches before erection can go as far as 7-9 inches post erection.

Shower – this type doesn’t expand when erect. It just gets hard without much physical change in size. So a penis of 5 inches may become 5.3 – 5.6 post erection.

This means that a guy who thinks his penis is small may get much larger after erection, even larger than a guy who seemed to have a huge machine.

It must be important to note that men should focus on getting their sex skills right, instead of looking for larger organs.

A large penis is good, but your skills and stamina are more important to women in bed….
