Avoid fried foods, oily foods, fast foods, high sugar content /salt content foods. Like mango, banana, chicku. Take home cooked meals with regular medications.

Hi. If it's 9 kg. Please do not worry. It's a good weight. Child being thin does not mean ,baby is not healthy. Healthy baby can be thin, but should be active. He is already on a good diet. You can start on egg yolk, add ghee to his diet.

If tooth pain is so severe then you need to go for root canal treatment for that tooth. If swallowing is difficult then it can also be due to tonsillitis. All that can be checked once you consult a dentist. Hope you get well soon.

Hi, I got lost periods on November 11th 2016 and till I didn't get periods. I have tried a hcg pregnancy test, the result showing one dark line (C) and near T it is showing very light colored line. Is that mean am not pregnant? Its almost 2 months I didn't get menstrual cycle. I am unable to confirm whether am pregnant or not? Please to tell me what is the result saying? How can I confirm it? If the result saying am not pregnant why I didn't get periods till date. Previously after marriage I am getting periods date to date. But why the result just showing one dark and one very light colored line? Please help me out.

Dear lybrate user definitely you have to leave your habit of masturbation, also follow a healthy lifestyle include more vegetables and fruits in your diet, exercise daily, drink plenty of water, sleep 7-8 hrs, apart from this your assimilation of food should be proper, a homoeopathic constitutional treatment will give you very good results.

It can be might be with two reasons. Either low stamina or less muscles mass. You can work out to boost up your metabolism rate so that can help out to increase your stamina. As well include some of high protein food in your diet.

For most outdoor activities, good old-fashioned tap water does the trick. If your activity lasts an hour or more, either fruit juice diluted with water or a sports drink will provide carbohydrates for energy plus minerals to replace lost electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) in your sweat. Sports drinks like gatorade, powerade, and all sport can give you a needed energy boost during your activity. They are designed to rapidly replace fluids and to increase the sugar (glucose) circulating in your blood. Read the label to determine which sports drink that is best for you. Ideally, it will provide around 14 grams of carbohydrates, 28 mg of potassium, and 100 mg of sodium per 8-ounce serving. The drink's carbohydrates should come from glucose, sucrose, and/or fructose -- all of which are easily and quickly absorbed. It shouldn't be carbonated, as the bubbles can lead to an upset stomach. Most sports beverages are well-diluted and contain relatively few calories. If the flavor of a sports drink helps you drink up and maintain hydration, by all means enjoy. If you're worried about the added calories, try diluting your sports drink with water or pouring it into a thermos packed with ice.

Hi I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. Hi doctor, I am 37 years female. My cholesterol is on borderline. And I have been detected with Hypothyroid. Though the doctor has not given any medicine for cholesterol. Saying walk, avoid oily stuff, eat good, you can control it. For thyroid given one tab daily to have empty stomach for one month and check back. I want to know what can eat seeing both .paneer. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. When a person develops hypothyroidism and if it is not detected, then it may show up as dyslipidemia, where lipids get disturbed. In this situation treating hypothyroidism and bringing it under control will invariably correct lipids also. There is no separate treatment needed. Most important is to bring down TSH around 3 to 4 mU/L with adequate dose of thyroxine. Plus follow the instructions given by your doctor. I hope your doubt is clarified. Thanks.

These are the methods to treat pimples & marks - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

I'm too much thin my leg's and hand's bones are very thin than even normal people. I'm very much sad for this. Everyone thinks i'm small boy. But i'm already 20+. In my College also everyone thinks i'm small boy. Because of my thin bones only. Please help me. I was doing b. Tech in Government college I left that College because of this only last month. I want to have bones to be growth so that I will not look like small boy. If there's any way for this. And also actually I do masturbation regularly. I am doing masturbation since 12-13 year old. Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter.
