Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 2yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the Best! For gaining weight: Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

u could add plenty of water, fresh fruits n veggies to it.. cucumber , papaya,tomato are said to be good for skin and associated pigmented changes. Some of our Ayurveda colleagues will soon suggest some more home remedies.

Take tab rekool d once daily at 8 am and Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. back bone. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to back bone pain.. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

Suggest me any cream or home remedy for removing scars developed by chicken pox that has gone just few days back.
To clear the scar marks - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

To quit drinking he needs to take medicine. However it is very evident that he won't agree to take the medicine if he comes to know about it. You have to administer the medicine for alcohol de-addiction without letting him know. So the medicine should be colourless, odourless, tasteless. For this purpose Homeopathy has an excellent remedy. The remedy not only fulfills the criteria of being colourless, odourless & tasteless but at the same time it is fully soluble in water. You just have to add 20 drops of the medicine to every litre of water. Just keep a separate bottle for the patient. Add 20 drops of the medicine to each litre of water. For example if the bottle contains 2 liters of water then add 40 drops of the medicine. Now whenever the patient asks for water give him that particular medicine mixed water. He will easily drink 2 litres of water in 24 hours. Thus you will be able to administer the medicine for de-addiction of alcohol without even letting him know. You can even give him this medicine mixed water to prepare his peg if he drinks alcohol at home. A quick response is noted in patients who have taken 60 drops of the medicine daily. You will able to notice a difference within 10 days of starting of the medicine if you can administer the medicine as 60 drops daily. A friend of mine was taking anti-depressants and sleeping pills to stay normal. Her meds were : 1. Coxito-S 10 Escitalopram tablet 2. Klonaz ES escitalopram and clonazepam tablets 3. Zolnyt 10 zolpidem tartrate tablets Now 5 days ago she decided to stop her dependency on these pills and stopped taking her meds completely bcz of the serious side effects involved which were hampering her growth. Since then, she is having panic attacks, anxiety and sleep issues. I want to know how long till she starts recovering? Please advise.

It is because of adrenaline rush don't be panic instead feel that you are getting exited and energize to face the challenge. Body is helping you if you are too uncomfortable and unable to do a task in hand, do deep breathing for five minutes. It will reduce your heart rate.

U should use keshya'herbs combo in the form of processed oil with these with a blend of gomutra and onion juice. Certain other measures like oral proteins, vit. A b c e and calcium rich food. Pranayam, good diet, good digestion, yoga are of tremendous use.

Hello, you can take Damiaplant, 15 drops with water twice daily. To ensure that the penis is strengthened in a hassle free way, olive oil can be used without any doubts. Take 2 teaspoons of bitter gourd (karela) juice once a day. One can also increase its use as a cooked vegetable. Take 1 teaspoon of indian gooseberry (amla; amalaki) juice mixed with 1 teaspoon of bitter gourd juice twice a day. Chew 10 holy basil leaves (tulsi), 10 margosa leaves (neem), and 10 bael leaves (belpatra) on an empty stomach in the early morning.
