How to take care of skin How can loss some How to take care of hiv How can protect aids.

MBBS, MD - Psychiatry, MBA (Healthcare)
Psychiatrist, Davanagere
Hi there ~ I am not sure about your questions and how they are related to each other. You can take care of your skin in many ways, primarily by keeping it clean i. E. Bathing every day and using hand washing and face washing techniques and soaps if you have sensitive skin. Hiv and aids can be prevented by having protected sex with a known infected partner. It is however advisable to avoid any sexual contact with a person who is a known case of hiv or aids. Hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!

How can I control excessive sweating. I can not lolerate even small amount of heat. I start sweating. I want to end this problem. It makes me uncomfortable between friends. I think this is my weakest point. Due to this problem I lack confidence. Please sort out the problem.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
General Physician, Delhi
Dear , first let me assure you that nothing is wrong with you. Sweating is a natural phenomenon. Our body produces excess of heat and this heat is lost externally through our breath and sweating. If you could not sweat your body temperatures would rise abnormally and you would have something like a heat stroke which is going all over our country at present. However there are few conditions in which you may sweat pathologically. It could be due to some anxiety disorders or some medications you are taking or some hormonal pro lens like hyperthyroidism or serotonin syndrome etc. But most importantly the disease have many more symptoms and if you are otherwise fine and healthy with only swearing as a problem, relax it is not a health scare. However 8th you have issues with you feeling uncomfortable with it and losing confidence. I suggest you see a clinical psychologist
