Is the unwanted 72 kit is safe to stop pregnancy and how many tab. Are safe to take in a month.
Hello, Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive i-pill that is essentially a high dose of birth control. It does one of three things: it either prevents a woman from ovulating, which in turn means the egg cannot be fertilized, it will prevent an egg that has already been released from being fertilized, or it stops a fertilized egg from implanting. Regardless of where you are in your cycle, taking this emergency i-pill immediately will help to ensure you don’t find yourself pregnant in the immediate future. However, just like with any quick fix, Unwanted 72 pills come with some undesired and sometimes unexpected side effects. Theses are:- Skin sensitivities, Weight gain, Changes in mood, Changes in menstruation, Reproductive damage. Keeping these side effects in the view you should not repeat it frequently, you can take it once in a blue moon. Take care.

4 Dietary Changes that can Increase Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

4 Dietary Changes that can Increase Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

At times being able to conceive becomes a challenge due to certain biological reasons. Feeling positive and eating healthy naturally takes you a step nearer to getting pregnant. In case of no medical condition acting as an obstruction, consuming the right food can increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Here’s a list of supplements you can include in your diet to maximise your chances of getting pregnant.

1. Choose whole grains over refined carbohydrates: Reducing the intake of refined carbohydrates (found in milk, potatoes, corn to name a few) can reduce inflammation of the genitals, which will help increase fertility. You can still continue to have your favourite foods, but ensure they are low GI (glycaemic index- a figure used to represent the ability of carbohydrate to increase glucose in blood) carbohydrates.

You can consume whole grains, which help in reducing insulin levels that in turn reduce the risk of heart diseases and diabetes and also help lower cholesterol levels. Try having whole grain bread instead of white bread and porridge instead of sugary processed cereals to reduce your GI ingestion.

2. Harness the power of Proteins: Proteins are an important part of your diet and the type of proteins you require careful consideration as they help make new hormones. Try having 25gms of vegetable protein like seeds, legumes and nuts instead of animal protein.

Add dairy foods to your diet as they are also a rich source of protein. They provide vital minerals and nutrients like magnesium, calcium and vitamin B12 to the body and at the same time are low in calories. Include milk, yoghurt and cottage cheese to your meals so that you have a minimum of three servings of dairy products a day, which is essential to meet your nutritional needs and increase your chances of having a baby.

3. Welcome Good Fats: Processed foods, fatty meats and takeaways are high in saturated fats including trans fats. These lead to inflammation and an increase of oxygen free radicals in the body, which decrease fertility. So, incorporate good fats in your diet in controlled quantities. Try having avocado and tomato on a whole grain toast, for instance.

4. Make folate an integral part of your diet: Folate is an essential nutrient that helps in decreasing the incidence of birth defects in babies, while ensuring a healthy conception. Along with the prescribed supplements, try to increase its intake in its natural form. The best way to do this is by having green leafy vegetables, which are a rich source of folate. You can also have veggie sticks and vegetable soup along or green vegetable dishes to increase your folate intake.

Hello lybrate-user- pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses. This single medicine will cure all of your menstrual problems (do not use the medicine more than ten days as the body will become habitual to it and will not respond quickly)

Visit a gyne. If it is a plain simple case of amenorrhea (menses absent or suppressed) homeopath could be a good choice.

Why the menstrual period cross the particular date and it occurs after 3/4 days or not?
Hello, if the cycle is between 23-35 days it is still considered as regular and nominal delay by 2-3 days can be due to stress induced hormonal imbalance.

Brown discharge indicate old bleeding more than 3 days ago which is so less that it could not flow out as blood. If there is no pain or fever or backache, then it may clear up in 3-4 days. If not, or if it develops into fresh bleeding then you have to visit the doctor and an ultrasound may be required. Intercourse may not be the direct cause. Some bleeding is expected after miscarriage but fresh bleeding after 20 days needs to be investigated.

HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT OF UTERINE FIBROID
Uterine fibroids are tumors that grow in a woman's womb (uterus). These growths are not cancer (benign).
CAUSES
Uterine fibroids are common. As many as 1 in 5 women may have fibroids during their childbearing years. Half of all women have fibroids by age 50.

Fibroids are rare in women under age 20. They are more common in African-Americans than Caucasians.

No one knows exactly what causes fibroids. They are thought to be caused by:

Hormones in the body
Genes (may run in families)
Fibroids can be so tiny that you need a microscope to see them. They can also grow very large. They may fill the entire uterus and may weigh several pounds. Although it is possible for just one fibroid to develop, usually there are more than one.

Fibroids can grow:

In the muscle wall of the uterus (myometrial)
Just under the surface of the uterine lining (submucosal)
Just under the outside lining of the uterus (subserosal)
On a long stalk on the outside the uterus or inside the uterus (pedunculated)
SYMPTOMS
Common symptoms of uterine fibroids are:

Bleeding between periods
Heavy bleeding during your period, sometimes with blood clots
Periods that may last longer than normal
Needing to urinate more often
Pelvic cramping or pain with periods
Feeling fullness or pressure in your lower belly
Pain during intercourse
Often, you can have fibroids and not have any symptoms. Your health care provider may find them during a physical exam or other test. Fibroids often shrink and cause no symptoms in women who have gone through menopause. A recent study also showed that some small fibroids shrink in premenopausal women.
EXAMS AND TEST
Your health care provider will perform a pelvic exam. This may show that you have a change in the shape of your womb.

Fibroids aren't always easy to diagnose. Being obese may make fibroids harder to detect. Your doctor may do these tests to look for fibroids:

Ultrasound uses sound waves to create a picture of the uterus
MRI uses powerful magnets and radio waves to create a picture
Saline infusion sonogram (hysterosonography): Saline is injected into the uterus to make it easier to see the uterus using ultrasound
Hysteroscopy uses a long, thin tube inserted into through the vagina and into the uterus to examine the inside of the uterus
If you have unusual bleeding, your doctor may do one of these procedures:

A small piece of the lining of the uterus is removed and checked for cancer (endometrial biopsy)
The doctor inserts a small tube through a small cut in your belly to look inside your pelvis (laparoscopy)

What is the solution for excess bleeding during ladies menstrual period.

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda,
What is the solution for excess bleeding during ladies menstrual period.
Heavy periods, also called menorrhagia, is when a woman loses an excessive amount of blood during consecutive periods. In most cases, no underlying cause of heavy periods is identified. However, some conditions and treatments have been linked to menorrhagia, including uterine fibroids intrauterine contraceptive devices (iuds) anticoagulant medication polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) the cause of the problem may sometimes need to be investigated further. This will usually involve having a pelvic examination. A blood test may also sometimes be recommended to check for anaemia (iron deficiency) if a cause is still not found, then you may have an ultrasound scan treating heavy periods in some cases, heavy periods do not need to be treated, as they can be a natural variation and may not disrupt your lifestyle. If treatment is necessary, medication is most commonly used first. However, it may take a while to find the medication most suitable for you, as their effectiveness is different for everyone and some also act as contraceptives. Any queries ask privately.

Hello, Here are some tips to help you get rid of your problem: It is good to avoid fried, sour and protein rich foods in the last week of the menstrual cycle. Eat fish as it contains omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in easing contractions during menstruation Avoid eating dairy products, meat and poultry Maintain healthy and nutritious diet and perform yoga to help you stay away from problems If you are suffering from anemia, you should take food rich in iron Avoid vegetables like potato, eggplant, yellow pumpkin and try to concentrate on consuming drumsticks, papaya, white pumpkin, snake guard, cucumber and bitter guard When you experience pain, you can help reduce the pain by giving the area hot treatment. Drinking plenty of water and herbal tea also helps reduce pain and problems faced during menstrual periods. You can also perform yoga and some cardiovascular exercises that will help you get rid of these cramps. Last but not the least; take as much rest as possible. This will help you keep your menstruation under control. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Mag. Phos. 6x/ 5 tablets to be dissolved in ½ cup of water after every 2 hrly. till the pain lasts.
