Mitral valve is one of the valves of the heart, whose function is to keep the blood flowing in one direction through the left side of the heart and to prevent backflow of blood when the heart contracts. MVP basically is displacement of an abnormally thickened mitral valve leaflet into the left atrium during systole .Yes the difference can be cured easily. The good news is that there is a whole array of ?natural? therapies for people with mitral valve prolapse, which can help alleviate the multiple symptoms. They range from behavioral therapies to diet modifications and nutritional supplements and alternative medicines ,Try (Homeo) Tonicard and Allium Sat Q 5-7 drops tid coupled with KALI IOD 12X (BIOCHEMIC) 4 pills 4 times a day.God bless you

Dietary and other lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm hg. This eating plan is known as the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kgs can lower your blood pressure. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.

How to control cholesterol.
Cholesterol level should be measured at least once every five years in everyone over age 20. The screening test that is usually performed is a blood test called a lipid profile. Experts recommend that men ages 35 and older and women ages 45 and older be more frequently screened for lipid disorders. The lipoprotein profile includes: Total cholesetrol LDL (low-density lipoprotein CHOLESETROL also called "bad"CHOLESTETROL HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) TRIGLYCERIDES (fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Hello, As atorvastatin is helping you to reduce the TG but it has a withdrawal process. But that also do not make so much difference. Please get your liver functions checked through blood tests. Preferable to get an ultrasound of the abdomen. Both of these are screening tests to rule out alcohol induced liver injury. Based on the test results further advance testing may be required.

How to control heart attacks and taking precautions against heart attacks and taking first aid precautions?
Improving your diet is an important step toward preventing heart disease, but you may feel unsure where to begin. Take a look at the big picture: your overall eating patterns are more important than obsessing over individual foods. No single food can make you magically healthy, so your goal can be to incorporate a variety of healthy foods prepared in healthy ways into your diet, and make these habits your new lifestyle. Eat More: Healthy fats: raw nuts, olive oil, fish oils, flax seeds, or avocados Eat less: Trans fats from partially hydrogenated or deep-fried foods; saturated fats from whole-fat dairy or red meat Eat more: Nutrients: colorful fruits and vegetables?fresh or frozen, prepared without butter Eat less: Packaged foods, especially those high in sodium and sugar Eat more: Fiber: cereals, breads, and pasta made from whole grains or legumes Eat less: White or egg breads, sugary cereals, refined pastas or rice Eat more: Omega 3 and protein: fish and shellfish, poultry Eat less: Red meat, bacon, sausage, fried chicken Eat more: Calcium and protein: Egg whites, skim or 1% milk, low-fat or nonfat cheeses or unsweetened yogurt Eat less: Whole or 2 percent milk, whole milk products like cheese or yogurt, or yogurt with added sugar.

How to reduce cholesterol in blood?
What type of foods can eat a cholesterol patient?
Three simple ways to reduce cholesterol. 1. Eat healthy: Diet rich in fruits n vegetables, low in fats and simple carbohydrates like sugar, more in fibre. What it means is avoid fast food, cola, snacks and fried items. Most home cooked foods prepared with less oil are healthy. Be mindful of calories. 2. Burn calories: Activities like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling are helpful. 3. Beyond these if cholesterol is still high and you have additional risk factors, your doctor may prescribe you cholesterol reducing medication.
