avoid taking fat burner it has some side effects also instead take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. ask me privately for detailed diet plan for you

Healthy diet: while trying to gain weight, the focus should be more on eating healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Healthy food includes meat, poultry, unsaturated plant fats, low-fat milk, healthy starch content, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Research suggests that umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.

Common cause of an itchy throat then is dehydration which causes the throat to become dry and hoarse as the body can no longer produce mucus. The obvious solution to this dehydration is to drink water. Similarly other behaviours can strain your throat – such as shouting loudly, singing loudly (and using incorrect technique – and snoring. Some medicines (antidepressants among others) and smoking which coats the throat in tar .

Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Basic tests like BP and blood sugar and lipid profile should be done if there are no symptoms of disease reports of the tests determine the frequency of tests to be done symptoms like breathless and headaches should be investigated by ecg and tmt if permitted by report of ecg and patient can take the test how many times should a normal person get investigated vs how many times a symptomatic patient or treated patient gets investigated will be decided by the treating doctors.

Very common causes of pain in abdomen are Worm infestation, acidity, stones in gall bladder/ kidney, indigestion, intestine/ urinary infection etc. Persistent pain needs physical check up & certain baseline investigations . To relieve acidity eat small, frequent meals(4-5 times a day), avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks. Increase intake high fibre diet. Take light dinner. Drink plenty of water, Go for walk/do light exercise . For symptomatic relief you can take Tab. Nexpro RD once daily empty stomach

Hi, it does work on some people. It will work if you are lucky enough. You need to be patient with creams. Even if it does not work, you can go for laser treatment for good results.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.
