Hi, I'm 24/Male suffering from hairloss for the past 4 yrs. It has become more for the past 1 yr after I got affected...
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairrloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Sore Penis - How To Care For A Penile Injury Right Now?

Sore Penis - How To Care For A Penile Injury Right Now?

Sore Penis - How to Care for a Penile Injury Right Now?

The penis isn't the most sensitive part of a man's body. That distinction belongs to the lips and the fingertips. But when anything traumatic happens in close proximity to a guy's vital organ, the pain can be positively incapacitating. Thankfully, quick thinking and proper penis care in the moments that come after a penis injury, as well as proper follow-up treatment, can reduce the amount of long-term damage a man endures when his Johnson takes a blow. Here's how men can get that process started.

Assess the Damage

Most penis injuries can be painful, but some are much more serious than others. Injuries that result in these symptoms should be treated in an emergency room:

  • Blood in the urine
  • Deep cuts that won't stop bleeding
  • Erections that won't disappear
  • Deep bends or unusual angles in tissues that should be straight
  • Severe bruising in the moments that follow an injury
  • Relieve the Pain

If none of the symptoms described above appear, and men have done their dances of celebration for that fact, a bit of first-aid care could help to soothe distress. Over-the-counter pain medications can sometimes block signals of pain from sore muscles and abraded skin, and those these can be of excellent help in the aftermath of a subtle injury. However, these medications must work through the digestive system, and that could leave men writhing in pain for a few moments as they wait.

Sometimes, cooling down tissues can help to block pain signals. Running a washcloth through very cool water and applying that fabric to sore tissues can provide relief. It's important to keep ice away from the penis, however, as the skin of the penis can be further damaged when it's exposed to very cold temperatures.

Follow-Up Care

Mild abrasions and bruises often heal with moderate, at-home care. But, these tissues do need some rest and relaxation in order to knit back together. This means sexual activity involving the penis is a no-no in the days that follow an injury. The rough action, fast movements and throbbing blood that accompanies a sex act is just too intense for tissues that are on the mend.

If the pain lingers for days, even though men are keeping their chastity belts firmly in place, it might be time to call in an expert. An urologist can perform intensive imaging tests and other laboratory tests in order to nail down the source of that pain and provide appropriate treatments that can soothe discomfort.

Preventing the Pain

Men who have been injured often emerge from those episodes just a little wiser, and they tend to avoid the situations that once caused them pain. Often, this means amending their sexual practices. These men might invest in lubrication, so they can keep their sex episodes from chafing their skin, and they might also use planned moves and verbal cues with their partners, so they won't be thrusting blindly and running the risk of hitting an immovable object, like a bone.

But there are other steps men can take that are a little less obvious. For example, engaging in sex in naughty spaces, like public restrooms or shared living rooms, can make the activity furtive and fun. But these risky places are also associated with a great deal of injury and pain, as most couples are moving fast with little prep. Sticking to the conventional could be a safer bet. Similarly, engaging in stretching before jumping into bed could keep men a little more limber, so they're working with their backs and legs, rather than making the penis do all of the heavy lifting during sex.

Utilizing a penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) could also be an excellent prevention step. These products can keep intimate skin soft and supple, so it can bend and flex without tearing. These products can also boost penis sensitivity, so rough and wild sex isn't a requirement for men on the hunt for an orgasm. Using a product like this could keep men ready for whatever comes, and that could keep them out of the emergency room altogether.

Cavity filled between my two front teeth is very distinct and looks bad hygienically. Recently few crack lines have also been observed in one of the tooth. What step should I take for that? I'm I facing any risk of losing them?

If filling is done badly then only such visible difference is seen. You can go for a newer more aesthetic composite filling or laminates or crown if very large cavity.

Your hair needs a lot of your attention and care. Wash hair occasionly. Use lukewarm water, not too hot, not too cold. Shampoo hair twice or thrice a week and not more. Use very mild shampoos suitable for dry hair. Massage scalp to improve circulation and hair health. Eat right. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish, milk and milk products. Dry hair naturally and not with blowdryers. Dry hair with towel. Avoid crimping, perming straightening and curling hair devices. Avoid repeated colouring and bleaching of hair. smoothing products on your hair. They vil worsen your hair.

Is there any cure for hair fall problems? I'm just 20 years old and it is disheartening to see my hair strands fall at an alarming rate. Please give your advice.

Hello Dear,According to Ayurveda, hair is a byproduct of bone formation. The factors responsible for building bones are also responsible for the hair re-growth. Ayurveda doctors believe that early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas). Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis can make the person start losing hair. We loose hair after a certain growth and new hair replaces the older one, which means recycling of hair. Hair loss means losing more hair than you naturally lose. As our hair grows under a natural process, so we can take care of growth only by natural resources and methods. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com
