sleep has to be induced there are variety of inducing agents nor mally the sleep disturbance is due to stress,strain, and anxiety neurosis. and lifestyle. and some times lac of less intake of water. and food habit'shavr lots of leafy vegetables, cereals, fish,lean fish eggs etc go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. do have light dinner avoid rich food ,alcohol,red meat make the room where you sleep devoid of sound light,and noise do not head on pillow immediately after dinner. have half an hour beforehand.

Dear sir, my age is 42 years. My normal heart beat is about 100 to 110 and during walking or some normal work it exceeds up-to 130. Is it normal or do I have any problem. I dont have any chest pain or any other problem. Please suggest. Note- I am diabetic.

Dear, the normal range of heart rate in an adult is from 60 - 100 beats per minute. Since your heart rate is above this, it needs to be investigated. You should get your thyroid function, echo and hb tests done.

U may be suffering from bleeding piles. Consult a surgeon. Avoid food stuff that cause constipation. Avoid spicy, fried, heavy food. Add ghee in your diet. Plenty of water, salad, fruits are good for u. You need medication too. For that you can consult personally.

Prolapsed Disc
Also known as slipped disc, herniated disc or sciatica. The discs are the shock absorbers of your spine. When they are injured the inner soft part of the disc can protrude out through a tear in the outer lining of the disc. This disc material can press on the nerves in the spinal column, injuring them through direct pressure and causing inflammation.
The most common age to develop a disc prolapse is between the ages of 30-50 years., twice as many men as women are affected. Prolpased discs occur mainly in the low back (lumbar) spine. Less than I in 20 cases of back pain are due to a disc prolapse, most are due to mechanical back pain. (see section back pain).
Symptoms
A slipped disc is characterised by sudden, severe back pain that is often made worse by movement and which can usually be eased by lying down flat.
Nerve root pain (sciatica) can also occur because a nerve is trapped or irritated by a prolapsed disc. Although the problem is in the back, patients experience pain along the course of the nerve, for example, down a leg to the calf or foot.
With a prolapsed disc, the sciatic nerve is most commonly affected. The sciatic nerve is a large nerve that is made up from several smaller nerves that come out from the spinal cord in the lower back and travels down each leg. The irritation or pressure on the nerve may also cause pins and needles, numbness or weakness in part of a buttock, leg or foot.
In rare cases, cauda equina syndrome can occur. This is a disorder where the nerves at the very bottom of the spinal cord are trapped. It can cause low back pain as well as problems with bowel and bladder function and weakness in one or both legs. These symptoms need urgent medical treatment to prevent permanent damage to the nerves that supply the bladder and bowel.
A large number of people can have a prolapsed disc without any symptoms if it doesn’t trap or irritate the nerve.
Investigation
A doctor will normally be able to diagnose a prolapsed disc from the symptoms and by examining the patient.
In most cases, no tests are needed, as the symptoms often settle within a few weeks.
Tests such as x-rays or scans may be advised if symptoms persist. In particular, an MRI scan can show the site and size of a prolapsed disc. This information is needed if surgery is being considered

You may give paracetamol about 60 mg but I suggest to consult pediatrician to ascertain cause of fever and accordingly treatment since small babies are more prone to become serious.

Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

Now a days it is a big problem in youth.Many patients come at my chamber with this problem.

Causation-

  • Actually when the age convert from childhood to young, some hormonal changes occur so the glands of body are more active but these glands outlet when obstructed by pollution, then express as acne for skin. I am not discussing here for other glands.
  • Fast food oily food another cause.
  • Less water intake. Etc.

Precautions-

  • Intake 3-4 lts water everyday by any means.
  • Use facewash to clear skin and rub gently for 3 minutes. Use normal water for face wash at least 10times in a day. In this way, bad loose elements with death tissue from surface area would be removed.
  • Avoid spicy and fast food. If possible take boiled food especially in summer time.
  • Don't scrap by nails over acne.
  • Don't use any type of cosmetics.

Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik as your age is now 22 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

I doctor my story is pretty long. I think I may have anxiety and panic attacks. I would be in a situation where I would be asked questions in a meeting in office and I would forget what I have to say. My symptoms include: -cold hands and feet -tight stomach -dry mouth -clenched jaws -unable to understand what other person is saying and unable to relate to it -shakiness -weak resistance to cold -talking fast and often rushing through things -loss of short term memory -blurry vision -confusion -breathlessness -suspicion -Even after bowel movement I would not feel fresh and would often feel I can still go again but when I go nothing comes out -and when I am not in a stressful situation all these symptoms would diminish it would be there but not as exaggerated.
