Looks like uti, get urine routine and culture done, drink lots of water, take tab ciplox 500 mg twice a day with near by doctor prescription.

Hi. I started having warm water with lemon juice and honey in morning after wakeup on empty stomach. 1st day. I had but on second day my stomach was totally not comfortable like felling heavily some burning. And became large tummy. As I am unable to eat sufficient and sometimes I feel like vomiting also some disconnect has happened after doing for 1 day only I just want know the reasons for this.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly the most common mistake people make is taking up a single remedy that is convenient to them and depending on that in isolation for a cure to any health issues. If you do not have a right diet routine and if you are not active enough, no remedy will help. Because of wrong eating habits, late eating and long gaps between meals you are bound to develop indigestion, gas and acidity. This is why the lime water is not helping you at all. So, before you take up any singular remedy, know that all over it can be a part of a whole lifestyle approach not a singular remedy in itself.

As per your LMP your EDD will be October 11 th provided your cycles were regular atleast for three months before conceiving.And not every one will deliver on EDD.You will deliver by September end or October first week.Now you are I your 34 th week completing.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Sugar or jaggery both are not to be used by a person with diabetes. But if one has no diabetes then there is no problem in eating either of these substances. Agar aap ko diabetes nahi hai, to kuch bhi dikkat nahi hai. Thanks.

Hi, dark spots can be removed by medicines. Take berberis aqui q 10 drops in 1/4th cup of water drink thrice a day. Don't apply any dark spots removal cream as they are useless.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hi. Here are few exercises which you can perform under supervision (if you don’t have any medical condition which is contraindicated in your case or consult an instructor who can guide you as per your case) for tightening the chest muscles: -Perform push-ups to tone the muscles beneath your breasts. Lie face down on the ground and place your hands shoulder-width apart. Put your knees or feet on the floor and make your back straight. Lower down until your chest is close to the floor and your arms are bent at a 90-degree angle, then push back up. Repeat at least 10 times. -Do dumbbell pullovers to tone your chest muscles and give your breasts a lift. While lying on a workout bench, hold one dumbbell in both hands. Your hands should overlap. Put your arms above your head then lower down until the weight is above your head and your arms make a 90-degree angle. Push the weight back up and repeat at least 10 times. -Do pec presses to lift your chest muscles. Lie on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat and your arms stretched out in opposite directions. Grab onto weights in each handle and lift them until they are above your chest. Your arms should be extended and your abs should be tight. Slowly lower the weights back down to the ground. Repeat at least eight times. Medication: Take Alfaalfa Tonic and Sabal Serrulata Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water, both thrice daily for a month.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Hi i Had pain and decayed smell in 6+ teeth with food particle struck in between the joints of teeth. Root canal completed and filling up done yesterday. Still I have a sensation to press the gum near their joint and below and feel tolerable pain but the decayed smell continues making me to feel that still some food paricle is yet to be removed from the root. My dentist affirms that no food particle is left behind but still I feel the pain when I press the gum and decaying smell persists remedy please.

Dear , if the decay has been ther since a long time - it is called chronic - and chronic involvements of the pulp take longer to heal. I would advise you to brush - after breakfast and after dinner - and undertake multiple warm saline mouthrinses- 10 to 15 glasses a day. Your problem should gradually subside in few days. If not do get back on the same forum. Wil do our best to help you. If the problem subsides do proceed for a crown and that would further help in avoiding food impaction between teeth.
