I have taken many pain relief tablets for my back pain so it does not seems to be working.

I have taken many pain relief tablets for my back pain so it does not seems to be working.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the morning and arsenic album 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the evening for 4 days. Take light and easily digestible food and complete rest. Drink lots of water to hydrate and eliminate toxins from your body.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Hii. Dear it's due to weakness of lower back muscles. Take rest and don't watch tv while lying -do hot water fermentation duration -15 min thrice in a day -do lower back muscle exercises daily 15-20 min, twice - do knee to chest exercise 20 times morning while wake up and evening before bed do it for 3 days sure feel better inform me if pain increases. Hot fomentation. Gentle shoulder stretching. Core strengthening exercises. Gentle neck exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

I am a 23 years old lady and mother of a 6 month old baby. I am suffering with pain in my foots to thighs. It appears you r suffering from sciatica. Pl visit a good acupuncturist in your place for treatment. Meanwhile try this. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Pl consult after a week.

Earlier I used to go to gym, and later when I continued for 6-7 months, certain sound used to hear from my shoulders. Just I can hear it my self. Like cracking sounds. Should I stop going to gym? There is no pain and all.

If you’re not properly warmed up and hear a crack on the first couple of repetitions, sometimes that’s gas released from the joint, an action called a cavitation, similar to when knuckles are cracked. Resistance exercises can release gas from the shoulder. Don’t worry about this; continue your technique. If you’re doing reps and you hear a cracking/snapping on every rep, usually a muscle is tight, rubbing and causing friction around the bone. In that situation, stretch first, resume the same technique, and the snapping should decrease or be almost non-existent.

I have joint effusion, 2 years ago I had injury and I am still suffering from pain. The effusion is less by now but occasional pain is there, I have changed 5 orthopaedic doctor n 2 physiotherapists. They could not lower the level of pain.

You haven't mentioned which joint effusion you have? there are many different treatment options for joint effusion, including both home care and physician-led care. The exact treatment will depend on the severity of the condition as well as the cause of it. Some treatments specifically look to address the symptoms whereas others look to combat the underlying cause. If your condition is being caused by an infection, then the doctor may prescribe antibiotics to fight the infection. Physiotherapy exercises are also effective in reducing effusion and stiffness of the joint. Some home remedies for joint effusion are: take any medications the doctor prescribes you. Be gentle with your joint. Rest, avoid activities that put pressure on your joint, while it is painful and swollen. Ice can help control pain and swelling. Apply an ice pack, wrapped in a cloth for 15 minutes every two to four hours. Elevation-raise your knee (or elbow, or foot) using pillows above the level of your heart. Manage your weight. If you are overweight, losing weight will help.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Do you some days rest, you don't walking mean not hard work you wear short wear shoes either shilper you take hot water deep your foot then deep in cold water you also take physiotherapy some days he/she give you wex on ankle, us and some exercise but when you feel pain then take a pain killer then you feel batter OK.

Yes it is safe to walk. You can even try walking in swimming pool in waist high water (hydrotherapy) for exercise.
