Hi, combined effort of healthy and balanced diet with breast exercises will help you in toning up the muscles of breast, subsequently slight increase in size! 1. Bhujangasana or cobra pose is an easy pose that can be practiced by anyone at home. It helps in breast enlargement in short time. To perform this pose, first lie down on your stomach. Place your palm on the floor and then lift your upper part of the body by pressing the palm against the floor. Half lift the body until abdomen and look upright. Stay here for few seconds and then drop the head on the floor in resting position. Repeat the position 2 to 3 times initially and then gradually increase the number. 2. Gowmukhasana or cow pose, this posture act on the upper part of the body. This pose has been found effective for breast enlargement. Start this pose by sitting in lotus pose. Lift your arms parallel to shoulder. Twist the left arm backward and try to touch the right arm. Repeat the pose similarly at opposite side. 3. Ustrasana is also known as camel pose due to its resemblance with camel. In order to come into this pose, sit comfortably on your knees. While bending backward, try to hold right ankle with right hand and left ankle with left hand. Lift the buttock up making an arch and drop your head down and backward. Remain in this pose for few seconds and repeat again for one or two times. 4. Vrikshasana or tree pose: stand straight on the floor, lift left leg and place it on the thigh of right leg. Now inhale and raise your hands in praying pose above the head. Stay here for few seconds and then release the pose. Repeat in same way on the opposite side. 5. Dwikonasana is another effective posture for breast enlargement. To carry out this posture, stand straight with the feet apart. Then take the hands at the back and lock together. Slowly bend the upper part of the body forwards and lift the locked arms simultaneously. Stay in this pose for 20 to 30 seconds and then release the pose. Repeat it 2 to 3 times. Massaging the breasts with olive oil or almond oil (lukewarm) daily in circular motion will also help. Medication: sabal serrulata q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day for 4 weeks first, then get back to me.

Hi lybrate-user never take supplemets here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism on October 2016 with TSH level 5.12 I consulted with endocrinologists. They suggested me not to start medicine and keep on checking TSH, T3, T4 level once in 2 months. I did so. My TSH level in the mean time came as 2.49, 2.21, 3.09 and also normal T3, T4 levels. But now 10 days ago my TSH level came as 6.45 I am extremely worried. I am preparing for civil services exam (IAS) which is the toughest exam. If I am diagnosed with hypo thyroid, my brain power will surely get diminished. Then is it possible for me to crack the exam? Many of my friends and family members suggested me to forget the IAS exam as it may not be possible anymore. I am worried. Please suggest.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The TSH levels earlier and current both are in sub-clinical hypothyroidism level. Usually at this level no treatment is advised. When level crosses 10 mU/L, hypothyroidism is confirmed and treatment is initiated. However, occasionally in some patients even at the sub-clinical level, if there are troublesome symptoms of hypothyroidism present then treatment is initiated with a minimal dose. Please tell me why was the test done? Was there any specific reason for getting the test done? If there is no specific problem, then there is absolutely no reason to worry. But if you have any specific issue, then treatment can be started. As regards your preparation for civil service exam and clearing it, if you are confident of your preparation and capabilities, then nothing will stop you from clearing it with flying colours. Low thyroid levels affect clear thinking and intelligence etc only when it is uncontrolled hypothyroidism. Still if you have any doubts please come back with answers to my few queries mentioned above, then I will be able to guide. Thanks.

Novaclox is an antibiotic sir, that will not work for pain management, Do Not Take antibiotics unless needed, are you allergic to any particular medicines?

Here are some ways to care for your eyes

Here I want to share some facts about the eye care basically for general public.

The first fact which I want to emphasize is the examination of the eye for a child should be done at the age of three years before the child enters the school so this is very important because some some of the times or most of the times the child is not able to tell you as to whether is or she is not seeing so well and only when the eye is examined at the age of three years. The parents come to know that the child has weak eyes the possibility of a child having a week eye is more in children whose parents are also having week eyes but in any case it is important to have the eye checkup for a child at the age of three years before going to the school.

The second fact which I want to emphasize is that today majority of people require computer in their routine work and there is an entity called computer vision syndrome. This computer vision syndrome is because when you are working on a computer your eye tends to blink less than normal and they can tend to get dry so it is very important to follow a room where you blink your eye. Every 20 seconds whenever you remember you get out of the area where you are working on the computer after every 20 minutes take your eyes off the computer after 20 minutes and also most of the times you will require to put some lubricant eye drop and working on the computer for a long time.

 the third important thing is the cataract is not a disease it is a phenomena which happens with age. everybody will develop cataract if they live long enough sometimes the cataract start at the age of 50. For others the cataract may not start even at the age of 75 so you it is not that certain age you will definitely have cataract but there are changes which will happen to your lens and it will get opaque and that is what is called cataract and there is no medical treatment for cataract. It has to be removed and another lens has to be implanted in the eye for the treatment of cataract.

Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination.

1. Lemon Juice
Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area.
Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water.
Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.
If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.
2. Butter Milk
Take four teaspoons of buttermilk.
Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice.
Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply.
Wash it off after 15 minutes.
The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks.
You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.
3. Oats
Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots.
Grind half a cup of rolled oats.
Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste.
Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries.
If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week.
4. Almonds
Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight.
Peel off the skin and grind the almonds in the morning.
Now, add one teaspoon sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon honey in it.
Mix them to make a fine paste.
Apply it on your face.
Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash it off.
5. Sandalwood
Make a thick paste of sandalwood powder, glycerin and rose water. (If you don?t have rose water, you can use milk or honey.)
Apply the thick paste to the affected skin area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water.
Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely.
6. Potato
Slice up a potato and place one slice directly on the black spots; leave on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water.
You can also make a face mask by combining grated potato with honey.
Some people have also had success using tomatoes to get rid of dark black spots within a few weeks.
