It may be because of some injury,- injury can happen due to high heel, it give much pressure on knee. Apply medicated oil on your knee. And hot fomentation.

May you suffering from semen leakage problem due to over masturbation you need to take ayurvedic treatment avoid fast food or spicy food chicken fish egg also eat healthy nutritious diet drink pomegranate juice or bottle gourd juice.

Is there any cosmetic surgery or any treatment fr enlarged huge breasts. How much it will cost. It troubles a lot. Its sagging also shameful.

A regular exercise regimen will help you lose fat throughout your body, including your breasts. Certain cardiovascular and strength-training exercises target fat in the chest and upper body. Focus on low-impact cardio workouts since most women who have very large breasts simply cannot do high-impact exercises like jogging or running. Do low-impact cardio exercises on equipment like a stationary bike, treadmill or elliptical trainer for 45 minutes, at least 5 days a week. Also, perform specific strength-training exercises to help tighten up the chest muscles and reduce breast size. Examples of these exercises include classic pushup and dumbbell bench press. Do these exercises with high repetitions between 8 to 12 reps in 2 or 3 sets, a few times a week. Note: when exercising, always wear a well-fitted sports bra to prevent sagging breasts.

I am a diabetic and also BP but my blood pressure is under control but when tested I found my pulse rate at 95 what will be the reason I am on amaryl 1 mg and angizar 25 mg what is the normal pulse rate what can I do to bring the pulse rate lower please help my pulse rate is not taken while resting.

Hello, it's quite natural due to obesity your pulse is not palpable. U, should go for reducing your weight, first. Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. *go for a brisk walk in d morning at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal tk, care.

Yes lybrate-user ji according to your height your weight is much much more. Your weight should be 64 kg. So you need to reduce minimum 21 kg. And for that you need to go to gym and exercise for one and half hours. Your knee pain is due to overweight and not due to exercise. And if you wil go to gym only for one hour than you will not loose your weight. So to reduce weight go to gym for obe and half hoyears along with you need to take care of your calory intake. Do not take any hard or cold drinks avoid fried food and sweets. After you loose some 9 or 10 kg they wil advice you some muscle strengthening exercise for your knee. So its a long term program. I think will take some obe year.

Hello, If you have cough without sputum (sputum is a mixture of saliva and mucus coughed up from the respiratory tract), I would like to advise you to - 1. Take proper rest/ drink lot of fluids and take proper homemade food. 2. Take a cough syrup (Grilinctus OR Banadryl) 5 ml three times a day for 5-7 days. It is due to allergy, may be due to seasonal variation, or pollution or allergic rhinitis.
