Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)

Hii, please take homeopathic medicines without side effect tuberculinum 1m 3 doses, after one week take baryta carb 30 at alternate days and thuja 30 twice a day. Symphytum q 5 drops twice a day. And eat healthy nutrious diet, do daily exercise, yoga, stretching, skipping ropes. And revert back after one month.

Vomitting with loss of appetite with yellow coloured urine output are few symptoms of jaundice and for gastric problem avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet.

Dear sir, my age is 42 years. My normal heart beat is about 100 to 110 and during walking or some normal work it exceeds up-to 130. Is it normal or do I have any problem. I dont have any chest pain or any other problem. Please suggest. Note- I am diabetic.

Dear, the normal range of heart rate in an adult is from 60 - 100 beats per minute. Since your heart rate is above this, it needs to be investigated. You should get your thyroid function, echo and hb tests done.

Little and often

Keep your meals small and regular. A big meal sitting in the stomach will produce a pot-bellied look even in the slimmest person, whereas eating little and often won’t overtax your digestive system, and is less likely to spoil your silhouette in that little black dress. But good news for baked bean-lovers – plant-breeding programmes have made these beans lower in raffinose, the sugar that causes wind.

Get in balance

An imbalance of good and bad bacteria in the gut can also cause bloating, so top up with a healthy probiotic yoghurt or drink. Take a little care at first, though, as sometimes probiotics can unsettle things digestion-wise, at least temporarily. If you’ve been overdoing refined carbs, swap to smaller portions of slower-releasing, low-GI types, such as porridge, grainy breads and wholewheat pasta. Swapping some of your carbs for monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) will also help (think nuts rather than pretzels, tahini instead of jam).

Flat tum foods

Great flat-tum-friendly foods are potassium-rich fruit and veg, in particular bananas, beetroot and a daily glass of orange juice. Potassium works its magic by counteracting the water-retaining effects of excess sodium in the body. But you’ll also need to cut down on salty foods to maximise the stomach-flattening impact.

Drink less
Never drink on an empty stomach and go for spritzers or other lower-alcohol drinks to help keep your stomach trim. Instead drink plenty of water to aid digestion and flush out waste matter more efficiently.

Put down the chewing gum

When we chew gum, we often swallow excess air which leads to bloating. Avoid it altogether where possible!

Avoid stress
There's a clear link between stress and digestive health. Why not go for a run to de-stress, or book in to that much-needed yoga class?

Asymptomatic as in your case does not require surgery. However in certain conditions it is better to electively remove asymptomatic gallstones too. Gallstone can cause certain complications in the future too. For complete evaluation you need to visit a surgeon. I am not aware that gall stones can be treated by juices though.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hii. I had my last period on may 29th after that on 15th I had unprotected intercourse and did not get my periods on june and after doing urine test the results seemed positive so I took absorption pills n periods came on 9th july n last till 13th july. Bleeding was not so heavy but normal and on 29th july I did sonography which showed no sign of pregnancy later on 6th & 10th august I had again urine test results were negative. So when will I have my next periods as I had pills n how long will it take to be normal. Am totally stressed please suggest me please what to do next?

Do not worry. Since both the urine pregnancy test and ultrasound are normal. Pregnancy is out of question. Do not think too much about this. You can have nxt periods in 1-1.5 months duration. Avoid unprotected intercourse. Condoms not only avoid pregnancy but also help in protecting from various infections.

For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab.
