Hello Saurabh, The best and the most effective treatment for pilonidal sinus is surgery. It is a minor process and the problem will be solved very quickly. The more your delay it, the more are the chances of the sinus getting infections and in turn increasing in severity. It will be better that you get operated soon as a sinus can lead to a fistula.

Please have a note of all the items causing you allergic rhinitis/sneezing and avoid them I suggest check your nose if you have nasal polyp and too much hairs in nose - if so that needs to be trimm regularly. Take Ammon carb 30 - thrice daily for next 10 days and revert back.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

1. It could be due to inadequate sleep, stress/anxiety, hypertension. 2. Get your bp checked 3. If it is a recurrent probem, you may have to take a ct scan of brain to exclude organic brain disease after consulting neurologist.

You need to describe these symptoms immediately to your doctor. You need to also meet with a counselor and learn certain skills to cope with everyday happenings. The medication you are on needs to be closely monitored and if there is any change in behavior, you must report the same to the doctor. Other than that you need to put yourself on a tight time schedule and follow it regularly. You must do vigorous exercise and include Yoga and meditation. Please eat healthily, and get enough sleep every day. Do not withdraw and keep a social life that is active and with lots of friends. I hope you are either working or studying. Don?t let this condition make you dysfunctional. The mood swings and blank moments are not a good sign. So a review and follow up with the doctor is due.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

For loosing weight medicines are not a very good idea. You can reduce weight easily by get to know your BMI, fat and muscles ratio. I don't want to give you false hopes and at the same time discourage you. Changes do take place with proper exercise and diet. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.
