Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply hot packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Manjishtadi kadha 2sp before lunch and dinner 2. Vasanta kusumakar ras vati 1 tab empty stomach in the morning for 15 days only.

You can wash the hair with a paste made from Neem leaves. This is particularly effective for hair loss caused due excessive build up of scalp oil or invasive skin infections. For restoring the alkaline balance of the scalp and preventing hair fall, you can follow this with washing the hair with apple cider vinegar. Other homemade pastes that can be very useful include a mixture prepared from adding honey and olive oil to some cinnamon (dalchini) powder.

You are having geographic tongue geographic tongue is the name of a condition that gets its name from its map-like appearance on the upper surface and sides of the tongue. It may occur in other areas of your mouth, as well. You must understand and will be relieved to know that geographic tongue is a harmless, benign condition that isn't linked to any infection. Two other names for geographic tongue are benign migratory glossitis and erythema migrans. However, it tends to affect middle-aged or older adults more often. It appears to be more common in women than in men. Kindly visit dental surgeon for check up and treatment.

High bp means that the blood is running at a greater pressure than required like water flows in a river at a stable speed, if speed is erratic, there are floods! blood flowing in vessels at higher pressures tend to break blood vessels supplying blood to heart -heart attacks or to brain -stroke or to retina of eye-blindness. All organs are affected.

I am 23 years old male sir I am fed up with some complications of my health which were not before a year or months back I am facing inactiveness tiredness fatigue and low confidence all the time feel sleepy and dizzy I am losing my memory I mean I am unable to recollect things weak memory, which I used to remember before (before such complications) losing interest in social lifestyle, if I have reasons to be happy then suddenly I become upset mood swings happen suddenly and all the day head ache feeling like useless and blank which I never used to feel before I am unable to talk stammering due low confidence I am in turmoil not only every one but even I myself can't believe what I was before I am not the same now even I forgot to mention I lost interest in food and taste buds at all BP is 140/100 avg at this age P. Yes, this last factor may not be the complete reason. There is reason to believe that something from the past is infringing on the present to cause such a reaction. Your bp is certainly not normal and this is a sign of the stress you are in. There is a lot of anger for sure and it seems to be covered up with some fear too. The symptoms are not looking good either and you must meet with a counselor first, and then if that person decides, you may have to meet with a doctor too. The timing is somewhat consonant with a person who is into what is called delayed adolescence. The sudden development of these symptoms is therefore not surprising. You must find out if there is any family history of psychological problems from the time of your grandparents, on both sides. Apart from that there may be some developmental issues that have not been resolved. So when meeting with the counselor, it is better to take your parents with you to throw some light as to the genesis of these problems. Do not neglect this for much longer because early interventions favor good prognosis. Also remember that you can get out of this mess only with full cooperation. In the meantime please do regular exercise, sleep well and eat healthily. Even if you do not like it, you must socialize to prevent your mind from internalizing these emotions and issues, until proper diagnosis and treatment is started. Finding a job will go a long way to relieve some symptoms but not to solve the problems.

sir sleeping pills are not available over the counter....moreover they are not safe..visit nearby psychiatrist he will rule out underlying disorder...still if u want to take then can take tab zolfresh10 mg at night but u would need a doctor prescription for that

Hip pain k liye ap exercise kijiye I hope u feel well……………………………………………………….Hip Strengthening – Basic Exercises To begin with, the following basic hip strengthening exercises should be performed approximately 10 times, 3 times daily. As your hip strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions and strength of contraction provided they do not cause or increase pain. Bridging Begin this exercise lying on your back in the position demonstrated (figure 1). Slowly lift your bottom pushing through your feet, until your knee, hip and shoulder are in a straight line. Tighten your bottom muscles (gluteals) as you do this. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Hip Extension in Lying Begin this exercise lying on your stomach in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Keeping your knee straight, slowly lift your leg tightening your bottom muscles (gluteals). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Adductor Squeeze Begin this exercise lying in the position demonstrated with a rolled towel or ball between your knees (figure 3). Slowly squeeze the ball between your knees tightening your inner thigh muscles (adductors). Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times as hard as possible pain free. Figure 3 – Adductor Squeeze Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 4). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Hip Abduction Standing Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 5). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Straight Leg Raise Begin this exercise lying on your back with one leg straight and one leg bent (figure 6). Slowly lift your straight leg to approximately 45 degrees keeping your knee and toes facing the ceiling. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times provided it is pain free. Hip Flexion Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 7). Slowly lift your knee up as high as you can while keeping your back straight and tightening the muscles at the front of your hip (hip flexors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. Green juice can be quite tasty, and if you heed a few parameters, you may experience health benefits such as more energy, improved immunity and weight loss. The key is making sure you control the calories -- in addition to consuming your juice at the right time.

Energy-
The natural sugars in green juices are a source of energy.
Green juices are made with fruits and vegetables filled with antioxidants, phytochemicals, minerals and vitamins -- sometimes as much as a day's worth of vegetables in one serving. When vegetables are juiced, the natural sugars in the vegetable are separated from the pulp, which is where the fiber is located. You may feel a" pump" of energy once those natural sugars get into your bloodstream and your glucose levels are raised.

Weight loss -
Adding fruit contributes sugar and more calories in addition to more nutrients.
Adding fruit to juices varies the flavor, but it comes with a price -- extra calories. If you are doing a juice fast and drinking green juices is your only source of nutrition, you can still enjoy weight-loss benefits while getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. The key is evenly spreading out your intake over an entire day since your body uses energy throughout the day, versus one or two servings full of calories. Packing an entire day's worth of calories into a few servings can be a recipe for weight gain and muscle damage if the body needs energy at a time when its glycogen stores are depleted.

Immunity-
Cruciferous vegetables boost immunity as well as provide minerals and nutrients. Green juices usually start with fresh vegetables such as spinach, kale, broccoli or others as your base.

Timing is everything -
Athletes know how to use their carbs wisely, and you can, too.
Since juicing vegetables removes the fiber and makes the sugar more readily available, you'll need to use that sugar wisely. Consume carbs within 30 minutes of training to restore the glucose you've used during your workout. This keeps the muscles from using protein as an energy source. Using the sugar in the green juice to replace glycogen stores that were depleted while working out means the sugar isn't stored in the body as excess glucose, which may be stored as fat if you take in more glucose than the body needs or has the capacity to store.

Considerations -
Consider blending versus juicing as a means of getting fiber in your green juice.
If you're incorporating green juices into your diet as a means of improving your overall health, blending -- or pureeing -- your vegetables into a smoothie with the help of low-sugar liquids, such as water, juice or milk, may be better options for you. With blending and pureeing, the fiber stays intact. This way, you'll still receive the benefits of feeling fuller longer, which can keep you from consuming more calories in addition to those contained in your green juice.
