Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Flax seeds have been enjoying the attention of dieters all over the world Role In weight loss diet – • Lignans – the lignans and fiber in flax seeds helps in reaching early satiety (the feeling of fullness). This helps you in cutting down on your food intake. Flax seeds also help in weight loss by keeping you full for longer time. People who drink water with their meal face less problems of acidity, constipation or indigestion. • Go low on carbs and increase your protein intake. As mentioned above, have a bowl of yogurt / curd, skimmed milk and paneer (cottage cheese). • Increase your fluid intake. Have a lot of soups, fruit juices (without adding sugar), coconut water, buttermilk, milk, and plain water. Consuming fruits with a lot of water content like water melons are of help too. • Change your cooking methods. Give up on deep frying and use microwave or air fryer, replace frying with grilling and steaming or cook in microwave. These would help in cutting down on a lot of calories. • Understand the reason behind your weight. If your weight is attributed due to hormonal issues, diet alone cannot help you in weight loss. You will need to take medical support as well. If sedentary lifestyle is the reason behind your weight, exercising will be equally important as is dieting.

Hello, Take Belladonna 30, 3 drops, thrice daily. Use Schwabe's cmd2, eye drop. instill 2 drops in each eye twice daily. Wash your eyes with cold water twice daily. Revert me after 1 week.

Healed choreoretinitis scar has no treatment. It causes profound loss of vision as it usually affects the macular area. Do get the serological tests done for histoplasma, rubella; cytimegalo virus. Toxoplasmosis and tuberculosis. These are the usual causes. Get a thorough examination from a retinal specialist specially the left eye as it may become bilateral at times. In which case proper specific treatment is required on emergency basis.

I am 65 year old female. I was replaced with prosthetic mitral valve in 1990. I am on warfarin/a intron since then and monitoring INR monthly for adjustment of warfarin/ acitrom. Since last about 4 years I on Acitrom 2 mg daily. I was operated for subdural clot in brain due to fall while walking and was operated for its removal in 2000. I am taking metolar 50mg daily on that account. I am also taking digoxin 1/2 daily. I am now advised to go for cataract operation by eye surgeon in right eye. Is there any risk for the cataract removal surgery. What precaution are required during surgery. Any special advice for cataract surgery.

todays cataract surgery is predominantly blood-less so there is hardly any chance of bleeding as surgery is usually performed using anaesthetic drops and without any injection. only thing that you need to take care is have a proper physician checkup before you plan surgery and have a anaesthetic standby rest no other special advice

Is laser treat...
Laser treatment can only be done if prelasik checkup is normal. You need to undergo pre lasik workup which will include corneal topography. If your corneal thickness is fine and topography is normal, then you can safely go for lasik. Lasik has much predictable results with the current advanced technology.

For dark circles under eyes. Make a paste of cucumber (kakadi) with turmeric. Besan.
And cold malai. Apply it under eyes daily for an hour and keep eyes closed. It will reduce the dark circles.

First thing is change your pillow too hard or too soft and very high pillow can hurt you second thing is try to change your sleeping posture to the left side more and last if you have to watch phone screen continuously give breaks in between so that it doesn't put strain on your head and eyes and keep it at a safe distance from your eyes.
