Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Just give some rest to affected part which means to abstain from swimming till pain subsides, ice therapy will help in pain relief, anti inflammatory medications also could be used especially ones like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol or one which suits you. Hi, take, homoeo medicine: @ arnica mont 1000-6 pills, wkly. @ five phos 6x- 4 tabs, thrice a day. With 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Avoid, jerk, jogging, cold, sour, irritant intake. It would b better to go for physiotherapy. Take care.

Keep a plant in air conditioner room and see what happens. Can any medicine improve the plant condition. Health has factors unrelated to physical comfort. Be active be out to be healthy. Some relief can happen with vit d suppliments. Take action at the earliest before joint damage goes into disability. Homeopathy improves the strength and health of each and every individual by its natural curative powers.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

Joint pain at your age should not be taken lightly. It can be symptoms of early arthritis. Sometimes vitamin and calcium deficiency can cause the same. Please consult an Orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible.

I'm a 50 yes old person suffering from backache for last 3 month. I have also psoriasis problem. Please advise.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

Hi You may see a physician for tremors diagnosis after gradual giving up alcohol and intake of vitamin B complex, B6,B1B12, methycobalamin supplements. A neurologist can help rule out Parkinson's or badal ganglia disease causing similar symptoms. Another cause is liver ,after long addiction and heavy alcoholism, liver function tests and ultrasound for liver, pancreas may be required. Diabetes and thyroid function tests for other common reasons may also be screened.

As per your description you must be having lumbar spondylitis, which causes stiffness in your back. You must take x-ray of your lower back (ls spine - ap and lateral view) correct your posture while sitting. Avoid lifting heavy weight. If you have constipation problem, rectify that. Apply medicated oil on your back and do hot fomentation.
