I am having backbone pain since 5 month I am took Ayurveda oil treatment, its cure permanently?
. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello I guess you just want advice on how much and type of papaya and bananas you Shud consume. As you are diabetic I don't feel its right for you to eat banana and papaya. I would suggest kindly do not consume banana. Papaya Shud also not be consumed but with respect to banana and if you are determuned to eat it at any cost then kindly eat papaya which is not completely ripe as it becomes more sweet. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

I have developed back ache and stiffness at hip region only in morning hours, once I take hot water bath it subsides, may be becoz I am using my Bike for the past 26 yrs with a weak suspensions, but so far I have not taken any pain killers or medication, can you pls suggest me some simple excercises!

I have pain on my left foot heel. That does not pain on walk initially but on the left outer end precisely. After morning walk when I come back and rest a while then I get pain on the outer back end of the heel, or should say periphery of the heel. No broken bones history. The pain is around a year old and no relief even after visiting Orthopedics. Kindly suggest.

Don't walk too much. Don't stand for long. Do not change your posture too quickly. Do not sit in the floor. Walk slowly. And by homoeopathic treatment this can b relieve.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform

I am 40 years old women and met with a accident and gone a humerus bone fracture. I was fitted a dynamic plate. I have radial nerve palsy after the operation or maybe the accident. How to cure it? And how much time would it take for it cure?

it depends if the radial nerve palsy was present before the surgery or test it developed after the surgery. if the nerve was damaged before the surgery then it can usually take up to 6 weeks to recover completely beyond which time a nerve conduction test has to be done to look for the continuity of the nerve. if it was damaged after surgery then the surgeon would have Re explored to see if the now has been damage by the plate.

Pain leg is common. Kindly rule out diabetes & vitamin d deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Proper physiotherapy will help. Medicines will also be needed. Antioxidants like caldikind plus (from mankind) 1 tab /day helps. Dear lybrate-user Spondylisis is an ailment affecting the vertebrate. In this the distance between the vertebrate/spinal bones is affected and it may cause pinching of the nerves going to the arms, back, chest. This is not an ailment of the heart. I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Rest. Ceasing activity for a few days allows injured tissue and even nerve roots to begin to heal, which in turn will help relieve lower back pain. However, more than a few days of rest can lead to a weakening of the muscles, and weak muscles have to struggle to adequately support the spine. Patients who do not regularly exercise to build strength and flexibility are more likely to experience recurrent or prolonged lower back pain. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Before one month I did headstand. During headstand I got shoulder injury or pain also. I did lot of shoulder exercises but this pain relief at the certain time. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Give complete rest to shoulder. Learn exercises from Physiotherapist. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and methylcobalmine supplement for one month.

Most probably it is sprain of ankle jt. Do not walk more. Take rest. Use crrep bandages. Do not move on uneven surfaces. Hot fermentation can be effective. Otherwise take physiotherapy must.

Leg & Hip pain k liye ap exercise kijiye I hope you feel well. Hip Strengthening – Basic Exercises To begin with, the following basic hip strengthening exercises should be performed approximately 10 times, 3 times daily. As your hip strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions and strength of contraction provided they do not cause or increase pain. Bridging Begin this exercise lying on your back in the position demonstrated (figure 1). Slowly lift your bottom pushing through your feet, until your knee, hip and shoulder are in a straight line. Tighten your bottom muscles (gluteals) as you do this. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Hip Extension in Lying Begin this exercise lying on your stomach in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Keeping your knee straight, slowly lift your leg tightening your bottom muscles (gluteals). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Adductor Squeeze Begin this exercise lying in the position demonstrated with a rolled towel or ball between your knees (figure 3). Slowly squeeze the ball between your knees tightening your inner thigh muscles (adductors). Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times as hard as possible pain free. Figure 3 – Adductor Squeeze Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 4). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Hip Abduction Standing Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 5). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Straight Leg Raise Begin this exercise lying on your back with one leg straight and one leg bent (figure 6). Slowly lift your straight leg to approximately 45 degrees keeping your knee and toes facing the ceiling. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times provided it is pain free. Hip Flexion Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 7). Slowly lift your knee up as high as you can while keeping your back straight and tightening the muscles at the front of your hip (hip flexors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Consult after 5 days.
