2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello, I use to have pain near my neck I went to doc and got treated and doctor mentioned in report starting it's crucial issue in intermediate stage and i'm going for physiotherapy for traction and vibrational exercises, can you provide me further steps to prevent the problem.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc, drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Proper rest and stress free life.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hi lybrate-user here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Most Important things you need to know before going for liposuction

Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery that involves the removal of small bulges of fat from the body, which diet and exercise fail to reduce. This type of surgery is most commonly performed on the hips, thighs, abdomen, buttocks and arms. Since it is an inch loss procedure (and exactly the one that is used for weight loss), it is not recommended for morbid obesity.

Before opting for this procedure, you need to keep in mind these vital points:

1. The types of liposuction
There are two types of liposuction, and your doctor will help you decide which is more appropriate of the two for your condition.
- Ultrasound-assisted liposuction:This form of liposuction makes use of ultrasonic energy to liquefy the fat, which is then removed from your body.
- Tumescent liposuction: In this technique, a solution made up of saline, anaesthesia and epinephrine (a drug that helps in the contraction of your blood vessels) is first injected into the fatty area of your body before the fat is removed. This solution makes the removal of fat an easier process, helping to reduce blood loss as well as easing pain during surgery.

2. The process of liposuction
Depending on the type of liposuction you opt for, you may be allowed to go home on the same day when the surgery takes place. But if large amounts of fat are required to be removed, you may have to stay overnight.

At the very start of the operation, you’ll be injected with either local or general anaesthesia, again that being dependent on the amount of fat to be removed.

After this, the surgeon will make a small incision on the area to be operated, and will insert a suction device that will remove the extra fat from the body (by making use of a large syringe or a suction pump). The duration of the operation is dependent on how much fat is going to be removed.

Hii lybrate-user, as your father is suffering from psoriaisis, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 10 gm of ajwain seeds along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of trifala juice along with 20 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. C) take 5gm of fine powder of nutmeg along with triplala juice at night before sleep…. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Hello lybrate-user, back pain occur due to many reason: 1: muscle spasm 2: disc problem 3: stiff back 4: postural fault 5: traumatic history so it will be better if you send me your detail such as your symptoms either it is localised or radiate till your leg. Back strengthening exercise plays important role in releiving pain. Core muscle strengthening plays important role in releiving pain. So consult a physio and learn some strengthening exercise and start doing it guided by them.
