This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar. CervicalSpondylosis / Spondylitis – Chronic condition with radiating pain You have to go for Intermittent Cervical Traction and also you can do Interferential Therapy. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercises and also to use cervical collar to improve the contour of your muscle texture and to improve the cervical angle so that the posture is improved and it also gives you comfort and relieves the pain.

you are young girl, might be college going. Are you moderately built or thin built? Your BMI is alright. Main cause of back pain in your age group is muscle weakness, calcium and vitamin D deficiency or inappropriate posture. Detailed history will give proper diagnosis and treatment accordingly can be advised. You will do fine with some medicines and exercises.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day.

I have pain in my right venus dimple. By venus dimple I mean the two indentations or small holes which are present near the sacro iliac joint. What could be the reason for it? An anterior pelvic tilt is when your pelvis is rotated forward, which forces your spine to curve. It’s often caused by excessive sitting without enough exercise and stretching to counteract the effects of sitting all day. If you have an anterior pelvic tilt you may notice that the muscles in the front of your pelvis and thighs are tight, while the ones in the back are weak. Your gluteus and abdominal muscles may also be weak. All of this can cause: lower back pain hip and knee pain incorrect posture forced hip and knee rotations. IF YOU HAVE IT YOU CAN TEST IT BY THOMAS TEST AS FOLLOWS- Sit on the edge of a sturdy table. Lie back onto the table so that your legs hang off the table at the knee. Pull one of your legs in toward you, holding under your knee and bending your leg until it rests against your chest. Repeat with the other leg. If your pelvis is correctly aligned, the back of your resting leg will touch the table when you get into this position. If you need to extend the resting leg or rotate your leg or hip in order to touch the table, your front thigh muscles are tight. This likely signals a tilted pelvis.
