Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Robinia 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Carbo veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *drink lot of water. *tea/ coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *stress should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise. *if overweight, loose weight.

I am sorry to say but these reports are suggestive of chronic kidney disease. There is no definitive treatment apart from renal transplant. Routine dialysis is needed to survive. Low protein diet should be taken. Regular medicines should be taken.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much drying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Respected hi see regarding act of feeling pleasure during sex criteria varies from each person to person so far as your pain in relation to pressing breast is concerned you have to do proper counselling & talk with your partner without becoming arogent that dear I am feeling more pain due to more pressure but if you r gentle in handling breast nipple areola it would be more pleasurable for you & your partner too. Intend to remember. Remembering well requires that you want to remember. If you have not made a decision to remember what you are reading/studying, you will forget almost immediately. Describe the place where you usually read. (Is it quiet? No TV? No stereo? No talking?) Are you motivated to remember what you read/study? For example, can you give a reason for remembering these ideas: score of the football game directions for "jumping" a dead battery ? when your battery is dead directions for getting to a job interview textbook material for a test Even though you are not interested in the subject you must read about, are you willing to use good reading strategies? Do you preview before you read? Do you ask questions and then read to answer your questions? Don't overload the memory. Seven items is the most our memories can comfortably handle in one bite, but even seven is too much for most people. Your memory prefers to have only three, four, or five things at one time. Therefore, if you need to remember something that has more than four or five items in a group, you will have to break up the group into smaller bites. Understand before you try to remember. If you don't understand something, your memory will have difficulty storing it. Work on understanding before you try to remember. Select the most interesting points. You can't expect to remember everything you read. Select the most important points by looking for answers to questions you have formed. No one can remember everything. If you try to remember every idea, you will probably not remember much of anything. Organize the material to be learned. Your memory works best when the information is organized. Organize first. Use formal or informal outlines or use mapping, and your memory will work for you. You may understand something when you see it, but if your mental filing system isn't working, you may not be able to find the right information when you need it. Relate the ideas to what you already know. Your memory will store new ideas if you relate them to old ideas. Make an association, create a mental picture, or use mnemonic devices to relate unknown information to information you already know. Use mnemonic devices. These memory devices aid memory, but should be simple, clear, and vivid. You remember the unusual, the funny, or both. Rhymes ? This method uses rhyming words to help you remember. Example: "I before E, except after C, or when sounded like A, as in neighbor and weigh." Acronyms ? A word made from the first letters of other words aids memory. Examples: "I. R. Soul" from the 6 strategies for better memory I ? Intend to remember R ? Relate the information S ? Select important ideas O ? Organize the details U ? Understand the ideas L ? Limit the amount "PRELIMINARY" to help police officers remember what steps to follow when called to the scene of a crime P ? Proceed to the scene. R ? Render assistance to the injured. E ? Effect the arrest of the perpetrator. L ? Locate and identify witnesses. I ? Interview complainant and witnesses. M ? Maintain the scene and protect evidence. I ? Interrogate suspects. N ? Note all conditions, events, and remarks. A ? Arrange for collection of evidence. R ? Report the incident fully and accurately. Y ? Yield Responsibility to detectives. Sentences ? Memory sentences are made where the first letters of words in the sentence are the same as the first letters of words that need to be recalled. Examples: "I Remember So Little Unless Organized."- from the first letter of each of the 6 strategies of memory (listed previously). "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally."- for the order of operations in a math problem (parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction). Mnemonic devices are handy when studying for tests, but they should not be used as a substitute for understanding. Test yourself repeatedly. Memorize the material through repeated self-testing. Look at the first item in your notes; then look away and try to repeat it to yourself. After you learn each new item, go back and test yourself on all the previous items. Over learn the material. If you study a subject beyond the time needed for perfect recall, you will increase the length of time that you will remember it. Study before going to bed, but not ON your bed! Study thoroughly the material to be learned. Then go right to sleep without watching a late movie or allowing other activities to interfere with your new learning. Your mind will work to absorb much of the material during the night. In the morning spend a few minutes reviewing to solidly fix the material in your memory.Ask privately if you need help

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you when ever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. As he is a diabetic you must understand that the body is in a starvation mode as carbs are not reaching the cells. So eating less will only harm him more. Here it is always advisable to take a proper plan and not tips. But still till then remember that you must eat small frequent meals. Eat cereals pulses fruits and vegetables in the right amounts. Avoid sugar jaggery honey. Avoid fasting and feasting.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

HI Mostly it is common in runners, or it can be due to injury.. Start Physiotherapy focusing on strengthening the quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors, and abductors can help improve your muscle strength and balance. Muscle balance will help prevent knee misalignment. Typically recommended are non-weight-bearing exercises, such as swimming or riding a stationary bike, isometric exercises .
