Either we can increase the dose of same medicine (if it is not in maximum dose) or we can add other drugs (which can be added with 1st drug). Your doctor can titrate these medicines very well.

I have always been in good health except my childhood. Two days back I checked my BP and it's 130 /42 or 127/49. Pulse is 70. I have never had such a low DIA. I exercise regularly. Why could be the problem.

your pulse is normal. I think you might have measured bp from automatic bp app which has error in reading. So please measure your bp manually from doctors clinic.

Diastolic high common in young. Reduce sugar jaggery alcohol and starchy foods in diet, mild or, if you enjoy it, moderate exercise. You can expect very good long term results by this method.

Dietary and other lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm hg. This eating plan is known as the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kgs can lower your blood pressure. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Plenty of fluids orally. I suggest brisk walking for 40 mins, 5 days a week. Remain stress free as much as possible. Take your medicines regularly.

What is left bundle branch blockage, my physician has said I have lbbb. Please advise.
The heart has electrical supply and blood supply. If there is narrowing in the arteries, blood supply is effected and there will be blocks. Similarly, if there is a problem in the electrocal system of the heart on left side you will develop lbbb. Please do 2d echo and consult a cardiologist.

From your detailed description it is clear that he was given these tablets for BP and the reading of BP you told nore normal and it is the good effect of the tablets . It is safe to use and he must use them and probably he did not have true attack and it was just reduced blood flow to heart . You can relax and take medications as advised and do check up when you are asked to do

Hello, I have been suffering from stress for the past 4 months. I used to workout regularly and was on a keto diet. Before 2 months I started noticing increase in heart beat when I was climbing stairs. And started noticing them again every time I used to climb. These gradually started to reflect in my exercise as well. At one point I stopped exercise as I was too afraid of it. Then these followed with the chest pain sometimes in the middle and other times right above the heart. This would come on while climbing stairs or walking uphill, doing pushup and pullup would lead to a balloon being blown up like feeling in the chest. I have been suffering from this issue for past 2 months, though the symptoms are reducing gradually but still it's driving me crazy. And yes my ecg, echo and body profile blood tests are normal.

It's great to ok now that all your tests are normal. Which means there is no structural problem in your body. Just get your blood pressure monitored. Also, before you start your workout do deep breathing exercises preferably when you wake up to control that balloon feeling in your chest. Or you can just do cardio orplain walking for a few days until you r comfortable. If you think your keto diet is not suiting you do a gradual shift to something that makes you feel comfortable and doesn't make you feel weak or breathless.
