Hello best remedy for hairfall is to take an onion grate it and then squeeze to get the juice, to this add any oil which you use. Apply this to your scalp and all hair, leave it for 20 - 25 minutes. Then wash your hair with shampoo. Do this twice a week. You will see changes in a month. Thank you.

You need to continue your bp medication. Its good that your blood sugars are controlled without medication but you need to be on diet control and exercise. Regarding fruits you need to avoid mango, litchi, grapes, banana and chickoo.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Follow a stress free life.

Spirulina is definitely good for health. But no super food alone can help us. We need to make lifestyle changes, have wholesome food in right quantity and at the right time. Look into food, exercise and sleep all these changes help us get rid of lifestyle disorders and diabetes is also a lifestyle disorder and is reversible.

It is not necessary that children will inherit diabetes from parents. If they are healthy and fit nothing will happen to them. It is better they eat bananas than all the junk and toxic food that is available in the market. Let them eat well and be active... they will be fine. And if you also reduce your diet and weight, your symptoms can also come down.
