Food to avoid in Constiption 1.Dairy food such as whole milk, butter, cheese or ice cream have a very high fat content without a great deal of fiber. 2. Foods that are very high in sugar and fat tend to be low in fluids and fiber, which will make it much easier for you to become constipated. Soft drinks, cakes, pastries, crackers, cookies and candy are known to contribute to digestion problems. 3. Fast food causes a variety of health problems, including heart disease or constipation. Foods such as corn chips, pizzas, fries, pasta, frozen dinners and hamburgers are highly processed which causes them to lose their natural fiber content 4. You should include meat in your diet because this is a good source of protein, but high amounts of animal protein is harder for your body to digest than plant proteins. Consuming too much meat, particularly red meat can replace the fiber-rich foods in your diet, limiting your ability to get the fiber you need to keep your digestive system functioning the way it should. 5. Having too much iron in the body is known to cause constipation. Patients, especially men, should check their multivitamins to see how much iron they contain. When you experience constipation, cut back on foods right in iron 6. Alcoholic beverages can cause constipation. Limit your alcohol intake to one drink for women and two drinks for men per day. Foods that contain white flour, white rice, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda or yeasted bread may also cause constipation. Foods To avoid in DIARRHOEA 1 All fried foods and greasy foods. 2.Avoid fruits and vegetables that can cause gas, such as broccoli, peppers, beans, peas, berries, prunes, chickpeas, green leafy vegetables, and corn. 3.Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated drinks. 4.Limit or cut out milk and other dairy products if they are making your diarrhea worse or causing gas and bloating.

Take a tube fill it with warm water and place anus ie sit in tube for 10-15 minutes mins. Do pelvic floor exercise.

Hello Dear Do you having any usg reports. Coz this is the symptom of cholilitheasis means any sludge or gall stone or else. Do mention youe entire problem including any pain around at your right shoulder near neck side, and any sharp but tinny pain at your middle spine edges? And you should be add 25 ml Olive oil after meal in dinner.

Please Don't depend on medicines only Avoid using vehicle whenever possible, go by walking Wake up early in the morning do yoga and pranayam daily Take salads, fruits, milk regularly Take Tab yastimadhu by Himalaya 11 Dadimavleha by sandu pharma 15 ml twice daily Re Consult if needed.

Certain food produce gas. Also, sedentary lifestyle is one of the most common cause of gas. Take Lycopodium 30C one dose and Phytum 30C daily for 2 weeks. It will be alright. Still if you have any queries, please let me know. Take care. :)

Bp rises cuz you hv acidity. Timely food and sleep contributes alot to acidity. If it's possible buy astachoornam. Mix 1 teaspoon of choorna with 2 ml ghee and have it along with the first bolus of lunch (rice). Continue it for 1 month. Your acidity reduces.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

There is no permanent solution. Fissure can occur at anytime. Avoid constipation. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits daily.

Hi. I am 31 years old guy. I have got two questions to ask. First one is that I have a doubt that I am having piles as after passing stools when I try to wash my anus with water I can feel a small swelling comes out and few minutes after washing my anus it disappears. I don't have any bleeding though. I have a difficulty while stooling as my initial stools are really hard and I have to give a lot of stress during stooling initially. I want to know whether I am having piles or fistula and how to reduce swelling? My second question is that my stools have never been this hard like what I am experiencing these days. What medicine should I take to make my initial stools soft as I have to give a lot of stress during stooling initially. Please help me.

Dear, 1you are suffering from first degree piles-haemorrhoids. It is not fistula. 2. Hard toilet means constipation which is a lifestyle problem and not a disease. To treat, 1. Increase fluid intake, 2. Takr emolient laxative like duphlec sy or cremaffin plus 1 tsf at night, 3, take naturrolax grannules or isabagol powder 3-4 tsf in at least 300 ml. Of water, 4. Apply zincal ointment twice a day inside anus, 5. Take high fiberand high redue diet, 6. Avoid taking pain killers so far as possible, 7. Increase physical activity like4 walking, playing physical games or exercises regularly, 8. Keep regular hours of sleep and food.
