TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING: 1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2. Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, whole grains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3. Do not skip breakfast. 4. Drink plenty of fluids and water. 10- 12 glasses daily. 5. Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Dear lybrate-user. Acne/pimples persist in the age group of 13-30 yrs. With regular treatment, we can bring them under control. Avoid Oily diet, Junk food, Stress, Picking acne, Steroid application, Heavy make up (for women), Inadequate sleep. Visit a Cosmetologist/Dermatologist for an adequate prescription. You may be advised some procedures also.

Hi. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time, 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 5) avoid late night sleeping habits, 6) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 40 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water, B) take 2-2 tablets of sanjivani vati and leelavilas rasa after meals. Do all things for 3 days, gives you good result, THANKS.

Be vegetarian. Do meditation for mental strength daily to control mind. Learn art of living to control your mind and masturbation. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Don't take cigarette or alcohol or tambaku. Follow this and give feedback.

U have a variable appetite. You are not regular in eating habits. If you take proper diet daily 3 times a day with juices fruits salads in between then your appetite will be normal. Eat high protein diet made up of boiled legumes that's best to meet energy required. You can be prediabetic ifhigh appetite. If low you may be have liver disturbance also. So get the blood sugar levels and livers profile done.

Hi, folic acid and b complex will help only if vitamin deficiency is the cause. There are other causes of mouth ulcers like stress, constipation, trauma, food allergies, etc. You should visit an oral medicine specialist for complete management. Meanwhile, apply kenacort 0.1% oral gel on the ulcers for relief in burning and pain.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice.
