Avoid all protein supplements ,they can be very much harmful. Fatty liver has to be treated before it gives complications. Take care.

Blind treatment may harm him.. my suggestion is to consult and take homoeopathic treatment. you can consult me through lybrate... Dear Doctor I am suffering from heartburn since many years. I am a smoker say 6, 8 cigarettes per day. Trying to stop but. Any tablets to stop or minimise this situation. Dear lybrate user, you need to take homoeopathic carbo veg 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try homoeopathic liver tonic liv-t (sbl company). Take 20 ml of the aforesaid liver tonic, thrice daily, after meals. Try to drink as much water as you can drink daily. Try to get an uninterrupted sleep of minimum 8 hours.

When I eat some spicy food or milk food my stomach and chest starts a burning sensation. Same thing happens when I take food in any hotel or restaurant. I take a gas tablet then it gets better after half an hour. I will be happy if any can give me a permanent cure of this.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach twice a day with water/ 20 days and 2 tab soothshekhar ras twice a day 30 min after meals with little water/10 days. 10. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Consult with more details to me meanwhile try jeera 1 tsp, ajuvine 1 tsp, asafotida 1 pinch mix & crush all take 1 sppon before food 3 times.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Nothing to worry about if the bone is small size or unless you have any symptoms. Continue with fiber rich diet and take fruits this will help you out apart from this you need a medicine. Consult back if any symptoms arise

I am 65 years old & 60 kg. Have been taking regularly PanD/ Esoga RD capsules early morning for last 5 yrs. If not taken on any day then food will come to mouth with burning sensation. I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Avoid smoking and Alcohol 9. Regular Physical activities 10. It means that post infection there is fibrosis occurred in the bladder increasing its thickness and there is no complications and treatment available and is just a finding
