Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Dear lybrateuser, -Take rest, donot do any strenuous activity -apply pain relieving gel, 2-3 times in a day -can do hotwater fomentation over the area which is paining. -

Hi. No there ia no problem to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Dear Lalit.....You should stop smoking immediately. You are just 18 years old....Quitting smoking only may not be sufficient for you.....Take 1 single bulb garlic every morning for at least 1 month....It will help to minimise the bad effects of smoking

Get tested for heart anyway by ecg and halter tests plus blood pressure and blood tests done for sugar and lipids and get back here with reports. You will get more guidance from any of us here on the forum. Eat more fiber through fresh fruits and vegetable and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. All of these items are available in the market according to seasons, take bananas as natural laxative, do take safe medicines if need be, whether ayurveda or allopathic.

1 month is a long time, you should have got investigated by now, get complete blood picture, x ray chest, ultrasound abdomen and do not be careless, being a heart patient.

I was patients of high bp last year but in last six month my bp is in under control. When I was suffering from high till time I am feeling my stomach is bouncing continuously like pulse. I want to know is it normal or not ya I need any checkup. Some time I feel heavy heavy pulse around 110 when I drunk ya when I using stairs. Stomach bouncing make me iritet.

On an average a person consumes nearly 800 calories daily from added sugar. Dear lybrateuser, -since there is a mass in the uterus it is causing you problems -the mass has to reduce in size which can be done by some non -invasive techniques nowadays combined with medication -if it does not show improvement then may have to be removed by surgery -consult a gynecologist on the forum.

Sir I cut down cigarette suddenly. On April 15th 2015 since I didn't smoke. But I have small doubts. Is any previous smoking any affect. Also I quit drinking also. I started smoking in 2007 and quite in 2015. But I suffering with B P from 2010 (present I'm using telmikind 40 mg). My previous smoking any effects.

Hi. Yes, previous smoking and drinking has residual bad effect on body even after quitting them. But it was very excellent that you quit them, definitely you will get good outcomes in long terms. Bp problem may also disappear if it was totally related only to your bad habbits. If it remains, then continue bp pills. Keep checking your bp regularly. Take care.

Avoid salt, oil, butter. Take green vegetables, fruits. Take juice of lemon, pudina, lahsoon, tulsi. Eat regular food and avoid junk food. Do some regular exercise or walking as advised by cardiologist.
