Hi, You are married for 6 months and planning for pregnancy. You can continue to try for conception, if not conceived within 1 year of intercourse, then you and your husband will have to undergo certain investigations. At present, You need to have regular intercourse i.e, timed intercourse during the fertile period that is from day 10 to day 24 of your cycle, then chance of pregnancy is more.

Don't feel like drinking water often in winter because it isn't warm enough? in winter, we do not sweat hence we do not feel thirsty like in summer, so automatically our water intake decreases. Water is important in keeping the body functioning properly, as well as flushing out toxins from the body.

Insufficient water intake may lead to:

Digestive problems like constipation.
Dry, itchy skin, acne: water keeps skin healthy, soft moisturized during the dry months of winter
Nosebleeds
Repeated urinary tract infections
Sneezing with dry cough

Sinus pressure
Headaches

How much water should you take in winter

Men: 8-10 glasses/day
Women: 6-8 glasses/day
Lactating women: 8-12 glasses/day
Exercising men: 10-14 glasses/day
Exercising women: 8-12 glasses/day
Water requirements vary from person to person, depending on activity of the person.

How to increase water intake in winter?
Take clear soup before each meal. It will provide nutrition & increase water intake of body.

Take herbal tea, it will increase taste buds indirectly water intake of body.

Natural fruit juices are another way to add to your daily water intake.

Hello, we are married couples. My wife had normal delivery and after 3 months we started having sex. I lick my wife's vagina and also suck her breasts and drink her breast milk. Is there any problem if I drink from my wife's breast. Is my wife's breast going to run out of milk? Is there any chance of infection passing onto baby? Thanks for your answer.

Hello lybrate-user, if the one day period was with good amount of bleeding, please wait for next cycle also to come, that means wait till next month periods. If the one day period was just spotting, go for a urine pregnancy test at home, if it comes negative, then also wait for a month for next cycle to come. If it's positive, do meet a gynaecologist.
