Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi, As there is neck pain I have under gone MRI and they said 1) loss of cervical lordosis with mild scoliosis 2) small posterior marginal osteophytes are seen in c3, c4,c5, c6.what is the meaning of that. Can it be cured permanently. Please help with that. It disturbing me a lot.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Hello, Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports and follow following advises 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Sir I have been pain in my both shin of my legs from around 5 6 months its annoying and I want to be a professional footballer but I can not run I can not practice I take rest for some days but after I go back to practice it hurts again I always have a pain in my whole leg below the knee what should in do plzz hel me. I am depressed even I consult to the doctors but they said its normal it will heal but I want to be a footballer I do not have a years to play I have to practice.

1st correct way of running Do proper stretches Wear proper shoes Use foam roller to release your fascia and shin. If you are profesional player take sports massage. Apply Ice over it.

I am having restless legs syndrome. Legs do pain if I dont fold them for long. I smoke and drink. I am a non veg. What should I do'

Stop smoking & alcohol rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do reply back for private consultation. And detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am suffering from sever cervical, what do I do as my work is on computer for over 10 hrs per day.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.
