Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. I suggest anger management therapy. Take care.

Sir in ayurveda we suggest that you should gargle with luke warm water and some salt in it at least once daily. If you have cold allergies you should avoid cold drink, ice cream etc. Please tell me that how old this problem is. And also tell your blood test report ie hb% tlc dlc esr and random blood sugar. Medicines like sitopaladi, godanti etc can be given after knowing the details.

Hello, it's advisable to go for a home test of pregnancy to confirm the situation, prevailing. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali iod 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days. 2. Ferrum phos 6x (3 tabs) thrice a day for 3 days and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Most likely to be mechanical back pain. If your examination of spine and x-ray is normal means there is no any secondary or pathological cause of your back pain. So if you had mechanical back pain, the following measures will help: you have to do back exercises regularly lie on hard bed correct your posture while sitting avoid prolonged sitting avoid lifting heavy weights.

What to do remove  belly fat easily and fast?
Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Good foods for this are Fatty fish (anchovy, mackerel, salmon, sardines, shad, and tuna) Flaxseed. Canola and soybean oils. Nuts, especially walnuts. Dark green, leafy vegetables.
