I am having finger pain in my left hand thumb from past 4 months. My thumb got stretched back suddenly while pressing the car seat spring button. Its not giving me unbearable pain, but there is a continuous pain while lifting heavy things or even shaking hands. Its giving me a uncomfortable feeling and also I am not able to pop this finger. The pain is in between the wrist and thumb, there is no pain in the thumb joints. I tried using joint pain palms .but no effect. Any suggestions or home remedies?

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day...take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day...And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day

Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT can give you some relief . -A physical therapist can do detail assessment what causing you pain and tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

Hello I am having disc degeneration in C4-5,5-6,6-7 and bulge in c6-7 and in l4-5 and my age is 26. As doctor advised me to do exercise daily and I am doing so but am fail to achieve results still there's pain in my right upper back and in hip region. Is there any thing through which my pain can be reduce. And can this disc bulge can go back and can live my life properly which use to live earlier please help me with this.

Hello good morning sir. Sir plzz send the MRI. Go to the physiotherapist. Physiotherapy management in this case. First we all do the physical assismemts. And after assismemt. Will do the start treatment. 1. MANUAL THERAPY is the best treatment in you're case. 2. Ultrasonic therapy with in 1.2 intensity and 3 min. 3. TENS with hydrocolltral pack. With in 12 min conditions mode. And No excersis few days. After few days. Excersis should be started. 1. Ankle toe pump movement. In 10 time of both leg. 2. Heal slide one bye one leg in 10 time both leg. 3. SLR without hold one bye one leg in 10 time 4. Stretching on calf and hamstring muscles. On both legs. In 2 times And all excersis depend upon condition on patient. HOME PRECAUTION. Hot fermentation 2-3 a day. No exercise. Thank you.

Hello, I was married 2 years back. Till now we didn't have Intercourse because of my fear that it causes pain. I have tried twice but when it starts to pain I stopped. I don't know what to do to overcome that fear. I can't go to hospital for counseling .Can you suggest me any medicine for pain or any medical treatment to open up vagina. We are ready for that. Initially as vagina is tight so first time penile penetration is painful but it can be greatly reduced by good lubrication using ky jelly and proper sexual position IE missionary position with a pillow under hood of female partner. Do not worry about the pain as once penetration is complete then pain subsides, you have to co-operate with your husband for this.

2 months is a good time for any ligament to heal. If you still feel pain, may b the ligament is not healed. Avoid indian toilet, weight bearing excessive, crossed leg sitting, twisting on foot to see back, sports. To ensure it heals well. Use knee support take physiotherapy sessions to ensure good healing

My 5 year son has found DMD in all test so what is tertment in DMD(dusion mascular distrofi) so give me some advice what can i do for him?

What to do?
You have it seems developed a neck strain due to maybe bad posture while sleeping etc. If you have localized neck pain with no other symptoms like radiating upper limb pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your neck while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medications which suits you, you can also add a muscle relaxant for relief of muscular spasm - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight specially overhead, sleeping with maintenance of proper posture and using a firm to hard mattress etc. We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we might have to get some investigations like dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. My wife is suffering from a severe back pain from past few days. Its nt tht she has lifted a heavy weight or something so totally unaware abt the cause. Nd she usually climb stairs 9-10tyms a day. Pls suggest an appropriate sol cause and even physiotherapy exercises would also be appreciated.

Hello! As per your issue. First clear your mind that lifting heavy weight is always a cause of back issue. Sometimes what happen is gradually bones (here I mean for spine) getting degradation but they don't show any sign and symptoms. But when the degeneration is set ,then they start showing symptoms! So. First - get to know that is there are any previous minor issue in back. Second - check whether pain is in back only or its moving down in one leg or both legs. And ,yes do visit a Physio for spinal strengthening exercises and treatment also. Regards!
