Do exercise How to Reduce Breast Size with Home Remedies Green Tea to Reduce Breast Size Green tea is one of the effective ingredients that will help you to reduce the body weight, thus will help to reduce the increased size of your breasts. It contains catechins, which stimulate the body to burn the deposited calories. I must mention here one of the most important usages of green tea. Its regular consumption reduces the risk of breast cancer apart from decreasing the size of the breasts. Things we need : Hot water – 1 cup Green tea leaves: 1 tsp Honey (for taste) – 1 tsp Process: Take 1 cup of hot water and add 1 tsp of green tea powder to it. Cover it and let it steep for few minutes. Strain it and drink it warm. Drink this amazing tea at least twice or thrice a day to reduce the breast size. Flaxseed to Reduce Breast Size Omega-3 fatty acid is the property, which helps to reduce the estrogen level in the body. And flaxseed is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, thus its consumption ultimately help to reduce the size of the breasts. Things we need: Hot water- 1 glass Ground flaxseed – 1 tbsp Process: Take 1 glass of hot water and add 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed to it. Stir it properly and drink it hot. Drink it one time a day will help you to reduce the breast size. In the place of ground flaxseed, you can also intake 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil daily to reduce the breast size. Ginger Tea to Reduce Breast Size The consumption of ginger helps to burn the accumulated body fat by increasing the metabolic rate of the body. Strain the tea and add the turmeric powder to it. Also, add the honey and stir well. Drink this tea hot. Take this tea daily till you get desired results in reducing the breast size. Other Home Remedies to Reduce Breast Size Apart from the home remedies that are mentioned above, there are some other natural remedies that you can use to reduce the size of the breasts. Read on to know more about them. Egg White and Onion to Reduce Breast Size: Whisk the white part of 1 egg and apply it on the breasts. Leave it for 20 to 25 minutes. Then take the juice of 1 onion and mix 1 glass of water in it. Now, wash the egg white with the onion juice mixed water. This remedy will help to reduce the size of the breasts. Guarana to Reduce Breast Size: Vastly used in breast reduction pills, this herb can be used raw to reduce the size of the breasts. Return to the initial position. Repeat this process at least 10 to 15 times a day to get your desired breast size. Decline Presses to Reduce Breast Size This exercise helps to reduce the breast size by tightening the chest area. How to do: Lie on your back on a decline bench. Hold the dumbbells in each of your hands. Stretch your hands upwards, and then come back to the initial position slowly. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times a day to notice a change in the size of your breasts. Incline Press to Reduce Breast Size This exercise works by toning up the muscles in the chest area. How to do: Lie straight on a bench with your back. Hold the dumbbells in each of your hands above your head. Slowly bring the dumbbells down towards your chest. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times a day to reduce the breast size. Other Exercises to Reduce Breast Size Swimming: It is a very good exercise to reduce the breast size as it works well on the chest as well as on the shoulder muscles. It is a good exercise for the whole body, which helps to burn the accumulated fat in the body, thus ultimately helps to reduce the breast size. Apart from that swimming also firms up the breasts. Climbing the Stairs: Climb the stairs every day for 15 to 20 minutes to burn out the excess fat from the various parts of the body including the breast area. Jogging: Jogging is another exercise, which helps to reduce the accumulated body fat by working on the entire body. So jog for 20 to 30 minutes every day in the morning as well as in the evening to reduce the excess adipose fat from the breast area. Tips Do not eat fatty or oily food as you know that fat accumulation is one of the main reasons of heavier breasts. Do not eat junk and processed food as these foods contain unsaturated fat, which may further increase your breast size. Stay away from sweets as the consumption of these makes the person fat, thus the increased breast size. Follow an exercise regime daily to burn the calories and keep yourself fit. Involve in some physical activities so that there will be no fat accumulation in your body. Eat smaller portions of meals. In spite of taking 3 large meals, divide the meals to 6 smaller portions, which will help you keep full throughout the day. This method will curb your hunger pangs and consumption of more food to make you fat. Wear a full coverage bra with right size.

Certain traditional or ancient therapies believe that washing hairs for first 1-3 days of periods can ladtouterine swelling, but it is just a myth and not more than that- probably you are believing a myth. There is no science against taking a head bath while you have periods. Taking a head bath is for your personal hygiene, and such myths are not understood by our modern science.

But , I have doubt that when I was removing condom , my penis might touched by her fluids which present outside the condom. Till date , I was as healthy as before . Can you suggest a medicine that can avoid pregnancy after 2 weeks of intercourse? Or suggest a method to know either she is pregnant or not?

After Teo weeks there is no meficine to avoid it if it has already happened and only way to confirm it is by ultrasound abdomen to rule out the pregnancy otherwise if she misses her periods then you can test her urine for pregnancy and take meficine to abort it if it us positive.

Im 15 weeks pregnant with twins. I'm planning to give an exam. It's in October mostly 2nd week. It's a 3 hr written exam. I'll hv to travel to hyderabad by car the previous day. Hi, I would recommend you better avoid traveling in the last trimester (last 3 months) of pregnancy. But if it's very important exam which can make your future, have a word with your gynaecologist first. As long as you have a healthy pregnancy, it's fine to travel by a car while pregnant for short disance. Here are some tips during traveling by car: simple stretches, both in and out of the car, will keep your blood circulating. Sitting for long periods of time can be difficult when you're pregnant. It can make your feet and ankles swell, your legs cramp, and give you heartburn. The good news is that with a little movement, you can alleviate the discomfort. When you're sitting, also rotate your ankles and wiggle your toes. In the later stages of your pregnancy, you may find a little elbow constantly poking your ribs or elsewhere if you don't move around regularly. Try to take a break at least every 90 minutes for a rest and a much-needed toilet break. Keep a bottle of water and some healthy snacks handy to keep your energy levels up and stay hydrated. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You don't want a tight waistband or armholes digging in when you're travelling. Always carry your vitamin and calcium tablets (in purse) with you. Also, don't forget to carry your all the documents and medical records with you, so in case of emergency if you need to visit a gynaecologist there, you should have all the details of your pregnancy. ************the final decision is taken by your gynaecologist as she knows your whole history**********

* दांतों का गलना – छुहारे खाकर गर्म दूध पीने से कैलशियम की कमी से होने वाले रोग, जैसे दांतों की कमजोरी, हड्डियों का गलना इत्यादि रूक जाते हैं।
* रक्तचाप – कम रक्तचाप वाले रोगी 3-4 खजूर गर्म पानी में धोकर गुठली निकाल दें। इन्हें गाय के गर्म दूध के साथ उबाल लें। उबले हुए दूध को सुबह-शाम पीएं। कुछ ही दिनों में कम रक्तचाप से छुटकारा मिल जायेगी।
* कब्ज – सुबह-शाम तीन छुहारे खाकर बाद में गर्म पानी पीने से कब्ज दूर होती है। खजूर का अचार भोजन के साथ खाया जाए तो अजीर्ण रोग नहीं होता तथा मुंह का स्वाद भी ठीक रहता है। खजूर का अचार बनाने की विधि थोड़ी कठिन है, इसलिए बना-बनाया अचार ही ले लेना चाहिए।
* पुराने घाव – पुराने घावों के लिए खजूर की गुठली को जलाकर भस्म बना लें। घावों पर इस भस्म को लगाने से घाव भर जाते हैं।
* मासिक धर्म : छुहारे खाने से मासिक धर्म खुलकर आता है और कमर दर्द में भी लाभ होता है।
* खजूर गर्भवती महिलाओं में दूध की मात्रा में वृद्धि करता है और अधिक ऊर्जा प्रदान करता है।
* आंख की पलक पर गुहेरी रोग हो जाता है। खजूर की गुठली को रगड़कर गुहेरी पर लगाए। आराम मिलेगा।
* मोटापा - खजूर का सेवन मोटापा लाता है तथा शरीर का भार बढ़ता है, अतः मोटे व्यक्ति सोचकर खाए। दुबले व्यक्ति भार बढ़ाने के लिए खा सकते हैं।

nose doesn't have a bone. it's made of. cartilage tissue. on color doppler, one can see the shape of nose which will keep changing with time as pregnancy advances it doesn't impair the growth of other organs in developing baby,each organ with different criteria for growth

No form of contraception is 100 per cent effective. There are always chances of conception. Dear Sperm count is very low, still do not worry. Sperm count is variable, so do not go by single reading. Sperm formation requires about 3 months so repeat the count after 3 moths. Along with this do not wear tight underwear donot pour hot water on testis eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy food eat almonds andwalnuts sleep well minimum for 6 hours do some physical activity every day, get your wife examined to find out she is not having any problem. Tell me her last period date. How is her menstrual cycle? iui will help for low count.

Hello- Periods is just like a cleansing process of a female genital system. After cleansing the system requires conception so as to reproduce and give birth to new life, this is why females have a increased sexual urge after menses and is normal. Yes you can go for sex but be cautious if the blood still is coming out in patches use a condom every time.

Bachhe ki dhadkan 8 week par banti h aap 8 week jab pure ho jaye to check kijye or ek reason y b ho sakta h last menses ki date sahi s yad nahi ho to kam hafte hue ho or apko lag raha ho 7 hafte ho gaye h.
