My wife left side Brest fibroadenoma h doctor operation k liye bol rhe h kya bina operation k treatment Nhi h aur operation k bad dobara fibroadenoma Nhi hoga aur breast ke size me and shape m koi problem to Nhi hogi.

ND, MD - Alternate Medicine
Alternative Medicine Specialist, Mumbai
We do not advice to go in for an operation. In Fibroadenoma the lumps will keep on forming again and again. Yes we do have a solution without operation. Get a through BIOFEEDBACK TEST, & you may opt for LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE Therapy to start with. Take RADIONICS medication to strike a balance. In 2 months time the problem can be resolved.

Dear sexologist, how we will be do anal sex without pain. We used condom but also my wife deeply got pain. While sex how she control pain. Kindly suggest me notes.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Anal sex can expose its participants to two principal dangers: infections due to the high number of infectious microorganisms not found elsewhere on the body, and physical damage to the anus and rectum due to their fragility. Risk of injury to the woman is significantly higher because of the durability of the vaginal tissues compared to the anal tissues.

Menorrhagia is the medical term for menstrual periods with abnormally heavy or prolonged bleeding. Although heavy menstrual bleeding is a common concern among premenopausal women, most women don't experience blood loss severe enough to be defined as menorrhagia. Common causes include: Hormone imbalance. ... Dysfunction of the ovaries. ... Uterine fibroids. ... Polyps. ... Adenomyosis. ... Intrauterine device (IUD). ... Pregnancy complications. ... Cancer. Phosphorus is considered the top natural Homeopathic medicine when the woman experiences slight vaginal bleeding in between periods. Uterine haemorrhage in between periods due to fibroids, polypus and cancer of uterus is also very effectively treated by Homeopathic remedy Phosphorus. The blood is bright red in most cases.

Hello, You should ideally keep a gap of at least 3 years between two children . Till then you may use an IUCD like multi load for spacing your children. regards

Menstrual cycle is an important part in a woman?s life. Whether it is beginning of periods at puberty or menarche or its cessation at menopause- all of it are important phases for her.
Normally the menstrual cycle begins by the age of sixteen and continues till fifties, after which it ceases and menopause happens. Twenties and early thirties mark the most fertile period in a woman?s life. But sometimes certain problems occur in the periods. It causes discomfort, pain and hormonal imbalance in the body. Let us know the common menstrual problems and their home remedies:
A) Amenorrhea is a condition when there is an absence of menstrual cycle. It is of two types:
Primary Amenorrhea: It happens when the menstrual cycle either fails to begin at puberty by the age of sixteen years in girls.

Permanent secondary amenorrhea occurs at menopause or if the woman gets hysterectomy done.
A pelvic exam is done to diagnose amenorrhea and to rule out pregnancy, congenital or ovarian anomalies.
Natural home remedies to treat Amenorrhea:
Have a glassful freshly squeezed beet root juice daily.
Boil half a teaspoon of saffron in a glass of water. Reduce it to a concentrate and take one third part thrice a day.

B) Dysmenorrhea is a condition of painful menstrual cycles. The discomfort begins prior to or during periods. It may diminish in intensity after 25 years of age or after delivery. It is of two types:

If you used condoms properly you won't be pregnant. If you are in doubt take I pill as soon as possible although if your periods are regular you won't conceive with yesterday's sex as it's not your fertile period. In any case use a better contraception in future as I pill is not fool proof and causes irregular spotting.

Uterus shows normal size but a small fibroid measuring 28×20mms .Another fibroid is seen over its posterior wall. I want to know what treatment should be taken for fibroid and can it be removed by tablets?

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Hello- Uterine fibroid happens due to irregular misconducts done specially at the time of menses which results in abnormal tissue growth clustering and forming a muscular mass or fibroid inside uterus. It has two treatment approaches, a fibroid with size bigger thn 5 cm is generally removed by the surgical operation, fibroid smaller th that can be managed with the help of medications. Medications also differ. ayurvedic medicines can dissolve the fibroid within three to four months if the size is less thn 5 cms or so.
