Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. When eaten at the right time and in right amount all foods are good. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face.

Does creams and facewash alone work for my acne and hyperpigmentation. Am suffering from 8 years I think it's internal problem am weak too also have taken vitamin supplements but no cure and I have poor liver too full of stress and no confidence plus help me what internal medicine should I use.

Creams and facewash alone will not be much effective if the pigmentation is there since very long. There are skin treatments like chemical peeling.

I have had bad life till now everyday issues either at family or with my husband. Undergone through panic attacks thrice. I tuk no medication for it. And all this has now lead me into depression I do not have good dreams my dreams scare hell out of me. I feel like killing myself that y do I even exist. I no further want to live. And at this point of life its so bad but I do not even cry now tears also do not roll down. M completely broken.

Dear user. I can understand. PANIC ATTACK a sudden overwhelming feeling of acute and disabling anxiety. Panic disorder is different from the normal fear and anxiety reactions to stressful events. Panic disorder is a serious condition that strikes without reason or warning. Symptoms of panic disorder include sudden attacks of fear and nervousness, as well as physical symptoms such as sweating and a racing heart. Panic attack always happens due to an underlying anxiety disorder. So you need to treat anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorder is treated with the help of counseling and psychotherapy. You should consult a psychologist. Take care.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

1.It could be due to gynaecomastia (male boob) which is some times seen in adolescent age group or young adults 2.It is due to elevated level of blood estrogen and decrease level of testosterone. 3.It is not serious and sometimes go away on its own otherwise has to be treated by medicine or surgery 4.It is due to excess accumulation of fat in the chest 5.Regular chest and arm exercise like dumbbell exercise and push up exercise will help reduce the gynaecomastia 6. Reduce intake of fatty food like red meat, cheese, butter, ghee, cream, whole milk etc 7. Avoid alcohol since it decreases blood testosterone 8. If no relief, consult surgeon for advice

you may try the following for weight gain- 1. exercise daily for 1 hr. 2. have 2 glass of milk daily. 3. take whey protein- 1 scoop in morning  and 1 scoop in evening with glass of milk. Or approximately 1gmprotein/ kg body weight lijiye 4. eat 2 egg whites daily.

You need to have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. The foods should be low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated). Include foods like paneer paratha, til ladoo, peanut chikki, rice with ghee, thick atta-maida rotis with ghee, soyabean cutlet, almond/banana milkshake, lassi, cheese-potato sandwich, atta halwa, thick creamy soups, malt with cow/buffalo milk & sugar, premix with milk/ soup/ fruit juice, sugarcane juice, fresh fruit juice, dry fruits (raisins/figs/plums/apricots). Practice bench press, push ups, squats to increase muscle mass & appetite Avoid junk foods Drink plenty of water (but not with meal or just before a meal)
