If the needle is sterile than it would not spread any disease and it can cause skin cancer after 50 years and for blood donation it is not a criteria and all are eligible if they are not suffering from any disease.

Hi, First, get thorough check of your whole body annually (once every year) from a reliable hospital to rule out any medical condition. Otherwise for staying fit: We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

None. It's a very obsolete method with high failure rate. As the girl has irregular periods, her ovulation time can't be determined.

Just show to a physician get admitted and do all investigations as this is something quite serious. Alsop it could bed eficnecies of many things and excess Bp or sugar flctuations.

Hello , Pain in stomach is mostly due to acidity,gastroenteritis,flatulence. Take light food like curd rice,upma,poha. Eat small quantities and more frequently.Avoid long gaps between food. Avoid spicy and sour ,tea ,coffee. Take banana or apple as they are natural antacids. Avoid tobacco and painkillers as they damages the lining of stomach. Take a light walk.

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Please get an OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test) done, which will confirm the condition, or get HbA1c% done. Plus start immediate treatment with anti-diabetic drugs. Plus diet control and exercise. DO not delay. Best is to consult your local physician and initiate the treatment. If you want online help from me, please come back with following details in a private conversation: fasting, PP glucose, HbA1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and BP readings. I can't breathe normally through nose for long time, I use to breathe in through mouth. What is the condition and why is it so? Sometimes there is shortness of breath and my breathing is deep sometimes through nose.

Hi take ginger tea mixed with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves. Massaging the chest with warm sesame oil mixed with salt helps to loosen the phlegm deposited in the chest, especially, when followed with steam inhalation. Take shwas kuthar ras twice a day. Pranacharya asthamin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya shwas vikarasav 2-2 tsf twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take hot water steam.

Dear, in case of fever * take full rest & do not do any work at all. *drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *do not take any antibiotic without consulting physician. * take 5 leaves of tulsi and small piece of ginger. Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * if the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down. Do not use ice cold water for this. *eat only light and easy digested food only. Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese. *if the fever do not lower down even after 3 days, then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for malaria, typhoid, dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature. Do not stay in air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest.
