Inhaled foreign particles such as dust or pollen can be irritating or can be harmful to the respiratory system, and coughing is a way to clear the airways of potentially injurious substances. You should avoid known allergens and increase your immunity.

Try to avoid development of childhood obesity in the coming child. He should be physically active in childhood. Avoid excess dust exposure in childhood. Hello there, for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it. Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough

Sir, sometimes I found my cough mixed with blood but this is happened only once in four or five months. And recently I have seen the cough is mixed with a black colour and it appears almost in black colour. And for the rest of one minute the black coloured cough came from the nose. Can you say why does this happen?

It could be due to pulmonary tuberculosis. 1. Get your blood examined for esr, cbc. Do mantoux test, examine sputum for afb (3 samples. Take plain x ray chest 2. Consult physician with report for advice and treatment.
