If it is gross deviation, surgery will help surely. Bleeding, septal perforation r side effects not very common.

U can take steroids nasal spray, oral antihistamine for 15 days. If no improvement then take consultation.

You can use saline nasal drops, anti cold medicine. Adenoids problem is common in 2 yr old children.

You need long term medication oral as. Well as steriods nasal spray. They're safe for long term use. They are not very expansive.
