Pain in the foot, ankle and stiffness of the lower leg is due to constant pain and that makes the leg to have less blood circulation due to less movements and that becomes rigid for which doing hot water fermentation will help and also mcr chappals can be used to feel relaxed and comfortable along with lumbosacral belt to improve the abdominal muscle tone.

For Your SKIN: What are Dermal Fillers + How Different it is from Botox?

For Your SKIN: What are Dermal Fillers + How Different it is from Botox?

What are dermal fillers + how different it is from botox?

Dermal fillers are an artificial or naturally-derived material used for directly injecting into the skin. These soft tissue fillers are used with the aim to restore your facial appearance to address issues related to facial aging. Depending on the kind of filler that you opt for, the effects can vary from 6 months to 5 years. Nonetheless, they are used for a number of problems associated with facial aging such as:

  •   for smoothen out and add volume to creases known as laugh lines
  •   for enhancing thin lips
  •   for providing shape and fullness to cheeks so as to provide a youthful appearance
  •   for enhancing the under eye areas to the point that depressions or hollows are no longer visible
  •   for merging scars from chicken pox or acne with surrounding skin
  •   for adding volume to your temple or lower cheek area when shifting of fat pads (masses of tightly packed fat cells) underneath your skin surface occurs.

How are these fillers different from botox?

Even though both these procedures involve the use of injections, they are completely different from one another. Botox or botulinum (a purified, natural protein) works by numbing muscles that contract to create facial lines. It is mostly used around the eye and forehead areas for stopping the movement of muscles that cause wrinkles to form. Moreover, it treats active lines, which are visible when you smile, frown or squint.

Dermal fillers, on the other hand, treat wrinkles that are very deep and static, which you can only be seen when the face is in a restful state. Furthermore, it serves to enhance the skin while lightly swapping the collagen (a protein that helps connective tissue in the body to remain strong) that gets lost as you age. When it comes to swelling and bruising, botox reports minimal effects and dermal fillers a certain amount of swelling and bruising that disappear within 7-10 days.

Control diabetes. The cause of excessive sensitivity has to be diagnosed and treated. At the same time we have to look for other possible causes od erectile dysfunction.

What can you do for your cold or cough symptoms? besides drinking plenty of fluids and getting plenty of rest, you may want to take medicines. There are lots of different cold and cough medicines, and they do different things. Nasal decongestants - unclog a stuffy nose...i.e ................ nasal dop/spray.....nasivion Cough suppressants - quiet a cough...................................... syp. Stomach Problems - Causes Behind It!

MBBS
General Physician, Durg
Stomach Problems - Causes Behind It!

Stomach problems are one of the most common issues you face. Irrespective of what your age is, it is highly likely that you have an upset stomach once in while. A stomach upset has a distinguishable characteristic -  that stomach linings as well as the small and large intestines tend to swell. This is called inflammation. The following are the most common causes of an upset stomach.

1. Viruses
Viruses are the most common causes of an upset stomach. It is highly likely that your stomach upset is because of a virus since there are so many types of them.

2. Parasites or bacteria like Salmonella and Escherichia coli
This is also a very common cause of stomach upset. Salmonella infections are usually caused by eating raw eggs, meat and meat products whereas Escherichia coli infections come from raw vegetables as well as milk and dairy products.

3. Allergic reactions
These happen very specifically to people who have a reaction to a certain type of food.

4. Excess alcohol
Most people think that alcohol will only make you pass out or get liver cirrhosis. Many people do not know that alcohol can actually adversely affect your stomach as well.

5. Excess caffeine
Caffeine is also dangerous to your stomach as taking too much of it can cause a stomach upset.

6. Fatty foods
Fatty foods such as cheese, dark chocolates, whole eggs, fatty fish, etc. are dangerous because they are harder to digest than many other types of food. This means that eating even a small amount of fatty foods are enough to cause a stomach upset sometimes.

7. Eating too much
This is also a major cause of stomach upset simply because your stomach can only digest a certain amount of food.

You must also be able to distinguish when you have a stomach infection and when you have Chron's disease as it is basically a chronic stomach upset. Chron's disease causes the whole digestive tract to be inflamed. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a general physician.

MD - General Medicine, MBBS

Hello, thanx for using Lybrate first do further blood tests for your husband like Liver function test HBV DNA level quantitative HbeAg those tests will tell about the infectivity of your husband that will also help in advising contact precautions. For you and your daughter do HbsAg testing first. As your daughter is born after 2000 she might be already vaccinated for HbsAg so do Anti HBS titer that will tell us about protectivity. Then if it is negative then you need to take four course of vaccine. Kindly review with reports.

Can we regain our brain capacity after having long time masturbation (3 years) Started from 13 year and now he is of 16 years.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist,
Masturbation is a Natural thing. If done even many times a day, or for many years, IT DOESNOT affect the human body or brain. One must learn how to use the masturbation rather than call it names. Unfortunately, most of the "sexologists" who are NOT from allopathy say "Masturbation" is "BAD" This is scientifically incorrect. Masturbation is NOT BAD In fact those who masturbate can learn ejaculatory control and this can help them to have longer sex in bed.

I have only 4 inches penis. Please suggest me how to increase it upto 6 inches. Please help me doctor.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
For adults, the average penis size is about 14-16cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13cm (4.7-5.1 inches). A penis would only be considered unusually small if it was less than 3 inches (7.6cm) long when erect. Natural aphrodisiacs can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. For further queries get back to me.

Hypertension and Diabetes - How They are Related?

MBBS, DNB (General Medicine)
General Physician, Delhi
Hypertension and Diabetes - How They are Related?

Hypertension or High Blood Pressure can trigger as well as worsen complications related to diabetes. Most people suffering from diabetes tend to develop hypertension later in their lives. Diabetes tends to increase one’s blood pressure, making him/her even more vulnerable to other heart diseases and cardio-vascular disorders. Diabetes often leads to a condition known as atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries. A combination of diabetes and hypertension drastically increases the risk of suffering from a heart disease. The risks of kidney diseases and retinopathy (damage to the tiny blood vessels present in the retina) also go up, resulting in blindness. With age, chronic hypertension can also result in numerous cognitive disorders such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease (degenerative mental disorder).

How to prevent Diabetes and Hypertension?
1. Walking for about 40 minutes each day or engaging in any type of aerobic exercise can better one’s heart health. Chalk out an exercise plan upon consulting the doctor
2. Limit drinking and abstain from smoking
3. Go for regular kidney check-ups
4. Eat food rich in fiber such as vegetables, fruits, breads or whole grain cereals
5. Examine blood pressure as well as blood sugar levels regularly at home
6. Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga to cut down on stress level; as stress is one of the major contributors to diabetes and the subsequent hypertension
7. Shed off your extra pounds as blood pressure escalates with weight
