Menopause at 40 is not uncommon but your sexual problems may be due to stress or anxiety but to exclude physical cause you need to do blood tests sugar pp, tsh, prolactin, fsh depending on the reports treatment is available.

Hello Lybrate User, Yes many people suffer from dark circles under the eyes, it is embarrassing and make you look older than you are. Oversleeping and lack of sleep. Can cause dark circles. Stress, eczema, allergies, iron deficiencies are other causes. Excessive smoking or drinking alcohol, coffee and use of cocaine, can cause under eye circles. Excessive exposure to the sun, which causes body produces more melanin. Follow this tips to remove dark circles under eyes - * Avoid exposure to sun. * Avoid excessive intake of salt, smoking, drinking. * Drink plenty of water, and have nutritious diet. * Eat food that contain antioxidants, i.e. Parsley, onion, black currant, green tea and blueberries which contribute to make skin healthy. * Apply sunscreen lotion of an SPF above 30 under the eyes. * Keep slices of cucumber or potato over the eyes for 15 - 20 minutes, will rest the eyes and make them look fresh and alert. Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Usually grief reaction with symptoms of depression occurs up to an year after losing a loved one. If thus does not affect your daily functioning pull on, else, consider a psychiatric consultation. A course of antidepressants would surely help
